Ida Skye's POV-

I woke up Tuesday morning with filled with apprehension.

It was the day of the ceremony.

Where I would truly become Alpha of the Blue Orchid Pack.

I rolled over in my king sized bed, tangling myself in the thick, fluffy covers.

Sighing in trepidation I allowed my eyelids to slide shut, falling back in to a heavenly oasis.

---------------------------

"Skyeee" I heard some one whisper.

"You have to get up, the ceremony is only in a few of hours." Some one cooed.

I lazily waved one of my hands dismissively before letting it flop back onto the bed.

"Go awayyyyyy" I muttered in a babyish voice.

"-I'm sleeping" I added

It was silent for a moment or two before...

'OMMPPHHH!'

I was on the floor.

'What the hell?! The complete ass hole!' Keira growled in frustration

I agreed.

I hoisted my self up using the bed to lean on as I was still half asleep.

Myles was stood there, holding up my duvet, a huge smile on his face.

"If you just got up when I told you too, this wouldn't have happened..." He tormented.

I exploded into a growl which was loud enough for the whole house to hear.

-and I was pretty sure Myles shit him self.

He gulped as I stood there staring.

"Um, well, Au revoir" he yelled before chucking the covers at me and racing through the door.

"MYLES SHARPE IM GOING TO F*CKING KILL YOU!" I screamed, making the guy who walked past my room run off with his tail between his legs.

Myles should know that a wolf chases what runs, bad idea Myles, i smirked.

Pelting through the door, I ran after him, jumping over the mahogany bannister and landing on the floor bellow before continuing running.

'I smell dead meat' I said, mind linking him.

'Well, um, in that case, make sure to tell my family that I love them and um... Good luck finding a new Beta...' He mind linked me back.

I shot out of the house and shifted into my extremely huge, pure white wolf, the rarest colour a werewolf could be, only my pack knew about it. I was too precious, so only certain wolves from other packs knew, people we can trust with my secret.

'Ahhh, who needs a Beta?' I smirked at my reply.

I ran across the out door training area, jumping over what ever equipment was in my way.

Catching a quick glimpse of Myles brown wolf in the distance, I changed my path, running straight through the hall where most ceremonies were usually held.

I knew exactly where Myles was heading; the tree house, by the other end of the hall.

Luckily for me, both sets of doors were wide open.

I raced through the entrance and dived over a set of speakers, most probably for the ceremony.

The hall was packed (pun intended) full of people decorating for this afternoon... hanging up bunting, sprinkling tables with confetti, adjusting lighting, bringing in chairs...
