Julian Deguzman's POV
The six of us got finished having some food and we proceeded to head to the studio for my class
It was a Tmilly class so it wasn't my usual Wednesday slot at Playground LA which worked out as now all of them can take my class
Sean and Josh already had private sessions with me as we spend so much time together we eventually taught combos to each other
And Tati took my class a while ago
But this is Kaycee and Tahani's first time
"Alright let's take the elevator up," Tati said pressing the button to go up to the floor where the studio is
"I'll take the stairs I need to burn off this food," Josh said, "Wanna join me Tahani?"
"Sure!" Tahani said happily as she joined Josh
They made their way up the stairs as we went into the elevator
"Why aren't they together?" I asked as they've been rather close lately
"Not everyone wants to date their best friend," Sean said
"Yeah..." Kaycee said
The elevator stopped and mildly shook and the lights flickered for a moment
Sean went to go check the buttons and they weren't working
"We're stuck!" Sean said
After confirming that we were indeed stuck which felt like it took 20 minutes I checked my phone and I still had a signal so I called Josh as with him and Tahani on the outside they could go get help, I, however, saw Tati begin to freak out so I passed the phone to Kaycee and Sean
"It's going to be ok," I said
"What if we stay here forever? We don't have food or water! Oh no Riverdale comes on this week! I'll never get married! Kn-" Tati was saying as I just hugged her which made her calm down "What was that for?"
"You seem like you needed a hug," I said
"I guess I did..." Tati said
"I understand having the weight of the world falling upon you, this situation doesn't help"
"I feel an immense pressure to live up to expectations that I don't know I can reach," Tati said
"I felt the same"
"Felt?"
"Yeah but then I realized I wasn't by myself, and have people to support and push me, catch me if I fall, lift me up when struggling," I said
"Then why do I feel so alone?" She questioned
"I can't tell you that but you're not alone, you got your family"
"And Kaycee and Tahani..." she said as even I could tell something was going on between them at least Kaycee and Tati
"No matter what happens with you three I'm sure they just want you to succeed same for Sean and Josh"
"And you?"
"I'll always have your back," I said
Sean Lew's POV
I don't think they realized that despite talking quietly Kaycee and I could still hear Julian and Tati due to the very small space but we respected their privacy
"Julian's a great guy," Kaycee said
Normally I would try to play off that Julian wasn't all that great to help push Kaycee towards me but I couldn't do that today "Yeah he's amazing"
The elevator started to move and quickly the doors started to open which revealed Josh Tahani and a man I assume was our savior behind them
"I'm glad you're all alright," Tahani said as she went to hug Kaycee and Tati
"It was only 25 minutes," Kaycee said as she enjoyed the group hug
"Kids next time read the signs," the man said pointing to the sign that said the elevator has been having issues
"Will do" I simply said as I don't recall any signs downstairs
"So... ready for class?" I asked Julian as he was supposed to teach despite that setback
"I'm always ready," Julian said
"You can't always be ready," Josh said
"Forever ready!" Julian said
Tati Mcquay's POV
Julian was teaching to an old school song called 4ever and it was so fun! hard. but fun.
Class was being filmed and honestly, it was fun watching all these talented dancers take his class as last time I took his class it was nowhere near as star-studded
He had Tahani go with a big group of girls and they killed it
There were some more groups that went like Mia's group and Nat had a solo which was awesome
Julian had Sean and Josh do a duo as he couldn't pick one wholeheartedly to be the middle of a trio and there shouldn't be too many solos
Well until he picked Kaycee for the solo... And I got a trio
I love Kaycee but sometimes I wish he noticed me the way he notices Kaycee
It wasn't much longer until he went to show us how the choreo is supposed to be done well that's what Josh joked about but he was right Julian's incredible I couldn't wipe the smile off my face as he danced
"Someone's falling in looooovvvveee," Tahani said to me catching my smile as Julian was greeting and thanking his students as class ended
"I wouldn't go that far," I said
Julian finished with the students and was now greeting us
"You're amazing Tahani," Julian said to Tahani
"You two keep blowing me away and your freestyles were fire," Julian said to Sean and Josh
"Smooth as always Kaycee you keep getting butter," Julian said to Kaycee throwing in the joke
"Good job Tati," he said to me
All I got was a good job...
"You were my favorite," He whispered to me "Don't tell the others they'll get jealous"
Okay, I fell...
Well, the elevator took us up so I rose...
Anyways I think the elevator elevated my crush towards Julian
