6- They like her

Sean Lew's POV

Josh joined us at our table when the girls left, we stayed and got another drink and shared some fries

"I can't believe you did that," Josh said laughing at the phone move Julian pulled on Kaycee "Don't know if that's clever or weird"

"Rude" Sean answered

"Hey I already told you I liked Kaycee," Julian said

"But you have Tati right there," Sean said as he could see that Tati was interested in Julian even if he couldn't she was the only girl left

"Dude don't try and distract me you're just threatened that I can actually get her" Julian said

"No, I'm not," Sean said

"Then why did you make your move when I couldn't move?" Julian said

"Hey I took advantage of the situation," Sean said in all honesty

"Anyways how it's going with Tahani?" Julian asked Josh switching the topic

"Oh don't change the subject, you two have to decide who gets her," Josh said, "So who gets Kaycee?"

"I do!" they both said as Josh just facepalmed

Sean and Julian weren't really the competitive type but when it comes to girls there was a rivalry between them

It doesn't happen often as they usually don't like the same girls

But on occasion, it does pop up

The last girl they both liked eventually picked Sean with regrets as she could have easily picked Julian

Which is a part of the reason why Julian wants Kaycee as he lost last time

But they didn't last long so when Sean and she were through she wouldn't date Julian as she didn't want to date Sean's best friend after being with Sean

And they know the same will happen with Kaycee so someone has to win her over

"I'm just happy neither of you like Tahani," Josh said as the two laughed at their best friend

Meanwhile, Josh is happy with anyone he can get

"Look you're going to Disney on Tuesday, you have to make your final moves then," Josh said "Because, after that, you both will fall for her too hard which will only make this harder when she eventually chooses"

"So what are the rules?" Sean said

"We have to split time with her evenly at Disney, that way we both get a fair shot, and it won't be obvious that we aren't focusing on Tati," Julian said

"Sounds good," Sean said as they shook hands for the deal

"Sean vs Julian the battle for Kaycee's heart will commence Tuesday afternoon," Josh said

"Haha but seriously how are you and Tahani?" Sean asked

"Well based off how you two are recently acting she's probably my best friend," Josh said

"Oh that's sweet," Julian said until he realized "Hey! This shouldn't change that we're best friends"

"No, I'm his best friend!" Sean said "Right Josh?!"

"Uh..." Josh said as he looked between Sean and Julian

Julian, he knew since he was a kid but Sean's been there since he moved and Julian only recently moved as well

"Tahani Anderson is my best friend until you get this Kaycee stuff figured out!" Josh said

"Come on!"

"I'm serious when you two get like this, you're no fun," Josh said "There's a reason why I'm never around when you both try to get girlfriends and come back when you finally get her or not get her"

"I just thought it was because you were jealous," Sean said

"Nah, I'm not too focused on finding a girlfriend," Josh said

"Oh look Kaycee texted me back," Julian said as a notification popped up on his phone

"Relax she sent the same thing to me too," Sean said showing the same message

"Same" Josh said "Who knows maybe she likes me instead"

They all then started to laugh

"But really why not Tati Jules?" Josh asked "In an ideal world it would be even"

"I don't know I guess she didn't catch my eye the first time like Kaycee caught mine," Julian said

"Same even though when I met Tati we were much smaller," Sean said as he knew Tati when they were kids

They like her
