Hello! My name is Iris and i just joined the Phantom troupe because it seemed cool! Or because I love Chrollo so I joined the troupe to be with him.
"Okay guys lets go kill people now." Chrollo said.
"Okay!" I answered and left base with the rest of the troupe.
We started attacking an auction. There were tons of people being killed. Everyone was killing people...
What...I've never killed anyone before! This is wrong! I for some reason joined the troupe even though I wouldn't hurt a fly! I didn't know they did this stuff!!!!
Later that night I left the troupe.

I don't even know if I should explain all that's wrong with this...
Look it's fine if the character joins on a whim. But it's NOT FINE if the character suddenly gets really surprised at what the troupe does, and has some kind of big issue with it!
I once read a Chrollo x Reader where the stupid ass main character joined the troupe to be with Chrollo...and the left after the Kurta massacre because she didn't wanna do the killing and stealing that the Phantom troupe does...
