With the amount of work and drama I'm dealing with, I don't know how often I'll update, but I promise that I will finish this book. Come summer, I will be updating much more.
Also, I got a question for other people my age. Is it normal for two classmates to apparently engage in sexual activity in a bush on sCHoOl GrOUnDs, and for another person to be pregnant at 14? Because this is the crap I'm living with right now.
Also, part of the texting convo between Alya and Marinette was literally copied and pasted from my messages. I made some edits, but it's pretty much exactly the same as some of my texts with my best friend.

The downside of having your crush live across from you was that Marinette suddenly found an extreme fascination in windows.
Namely, those facing said crush's house.
The positive side was that she would often spot Adrien looking through his own windows. And sometimes-- sometimes-- she could feel his gaze lower from the skies to ahead. To her own home. To where she would play nonchalant, pencil scribbling at paper, eyes trained on the sketchbook in her hands.
The negative side was that she could not stop herself from glancing out onto the street every few minutes, whether Adrien's golden hair was visible or not. Nor could she stop being so on edge.
And Marinette definitely couldn't help the sting of disappointment when she couldn't see him.
Like now, for instance.
Sighing, she directed her attention away from the Agrestes' new home and back to her sketchbook.
Would it be considered over-dramatic to grab a tub of ice cream, pull up Titanic, and wallow in solitude?
...Yeah, it probably would.
Marinette groaned, and slammed her head on the desk. Thankfully, a distraction arrived in the form of her phone pinging, alerting her of a message. She reached out to grab her phone, pulling it towards her. Brushing her hair away from her face, she glared against the brightness of her phone to spy Alya's name.
A— I just saw your crush at the movies. I pointed him out to my sister and she said "He looks like a god."
Marinette slammed her head on the desk again, roughly pulling her curtains closed with her free hand. No point in staring at the house across the street if Adrien wasn't there.
M— Omg, r u serious?
A— yeah. Apparently he just watched Robin Hood, my sister heard him say it
M— R u stalking him, Alya?
A— No my sister is apparently
'Which one?' Marinette thought, somewhat amused.
M— Did u tell her I used to have a crush on him?
A— Yeah
— Sorry not sorryM— Oh great 0/////0
A— Yep
M— You're evil
M— Alix once said that he looks like the sun and Zac Efron had a baby
A— He does thou
M— Omg 😑
— I'm so glad I'm over him thoAs much as she hated lying to her friend, she figured she could make an exception.
