Chapter 3: Not alone

"Hi"a voice whispered from behind me.

I stayed silent and just started walking back towards my room

not wanting to get in trouble.

"Hello" the voice said again sounding more confident.

Not wanting to be rude I slowly turned around. Not expecting what I saw.

It was another being but slightly different. I'd seen beings like him, that's it the other being is a boy. And a handsome one at that. His hair is sticking up in odd places but weirdly it suits him, i also noticed that his eyes are such a deep blue colour that you could swim in them.

I was so surprised and dazzled at his beauty that I accidentally murmured an astonished 'wow'.

"oh sorry" i said when it dawned on me what i was doing.

"thats fine"he said" I was gonna say the same thing"

Those words made me go a dark beetroot colour. I'd never been looked at or even talked to and I never dreamed of being complimented.

"by the way my names adam" he added.

"Amber" i stuttered in reply.

"What a lovely name"he said looking deeply into my chocolate brown eyes. His gaze was so intense yet so calm it made my head spin.

All that had happened in the past few minutes wad more than I thought I'd ever do in my lifetime.

It suddenly got to much for me his intense gaze , his beauty.My knees suddenly buckled and I went into a soft haze.

I felt as though I was flying on a cloud. It felt so soft and I wanted to stay. I wondered if death would be like this , just floating on a cloud that smelt of honey covered strawberries. 'Yum'. But good things cant last forever and this finally ended.
