Chapter 8

  Eunwoo's P.O.V

He was just going to slap her but I held his hand in mid air and turn him around

Now we are facing each other

From his looks he seems to be just around our age, maybe one or two years older

He has black eyes and in them you can see anger

But why is he so angry?

He tried to free his hand but my grip tightened even more

He was going to punch me with his free hand but before he could do it, I throw a punch on his face

He fell on the ground and his face started to bleed

He was very intimidating but not that strong. I mean it was just one punch and not even that hard but still he fell on the ground

Then I see the girl standing a few feets away from me

I start to run towards her but when I reach her she closed her eyes and fainted

But before she could hit the floor I took her in my arms

I lay her on the floor and put her head on my lap

"Hey wake up" I try to wake her up but she didn't respond

"Wake up" I try again and shake her a bit too, but still nothing

She has long curly black hair and a strand of them was sticking on her forehead so I put it behind her ear

Her cheeks were still wet from the tears that fell so I wiped them with the sleeve of my sweatshirt

"Yoona"

I hear someone shouting a name

"Yoona"

Then I see two girls running and kneeling down in front of the girl in my arms

"Yoona" a girl says crying and taking her away from me

Suddenly I felt emptiness, it was like someone just took away from me what is mine

"What happened to her" the other girl asks looking at me

"I saw that a man was following her so I started to follow him too. He was going to slap her but I punched him and when I saw her she fainted" when I finished to tell her what happend, both of the girls where shocked

"N-no this can't be true. He followed her even here. Why can't he just leave her alone" the girl said hugging Yoona

I guess that is her name

But what does she mean by the last sentence that she just said? Did something like this happen before?

But most importantly

"Who was he" I ask them

They both look away

"U-uhm I think we should take her to the hospital" the girl says totally ignoring my question

"Y-yes you're right" the other girl says

Why aren't they answering me? Is it really that bad?

"But we don't have a car and I don't think we should book a taxi"

"Don't worry. I'll call my driver and he will take you to the hospital" I say and pick my phone to call my driver

"He'll be here in a few" I say and they nod

Wait! Where is the man? He was lying there!

"Where is he" I shout looking around but he's nowhere to be seen

"Who are you looking for"

"That man. He was there" I say pointing where he was before

"I'm going to call the police"

"No please don't" the girl stands up and starts to cry

"Why? He tried to hurt her" I say almost shouting

"Please don't. If you really want to help us than don't call the police"

"But"

"Please don't make things even worse"

What does she mean?

"Okay but only if you tell me everything"

"That's not possible and even if we tell you, you can't do anything. So please try to understand us" she says and with no other choices left I nod

Then the phone starts to ring

"Hello... okay... we'll be there. Thank you"

"My driver just arrived"

"Okay" the girl says

Both of them were struggling to carry her

"Wait let me do it" I say and pick Yoona in bridal style and carry her to the car

After placing Yoona in the back seat with her friends I sit in the car too

"Please drive fast" I say to the driver

"Okay sir"

"Excuse me, but can you tell me your names" I ask the two girls

"Oh yea sure I'm Hyerin"

" And I'm Doha "

" Thank you" I say and stare out of the window

What are they hiding? Who is that man and why he was trying to hurt Yoona?
