She rises
Like the sun reaching for the horizon
They catch a glimpse
Holding their breaths they gaze
She sails across the coastal heath
They take their chance and reach for her
But it's too late
Just as she came she is gone
Gone like the waves kissing the shores
They have lost what they never had
But like the the promise of a new sunrise
She will come again, in another life another time
