Chapter 7

Ali POV

Why is Emily going to hangout with Pi-Paige?! Emily is just nice, i mean she forgave ME well at least I hope she did.

I've been ignoring Emily all day. I know I shouldn't but I can't help it! I mean she's gonna be with someone who she used to love! So why wouldn't I be worried? I know I won't be able to avoid her at lunch so I'm nervous. I don't how to act,but I don't want the girls to be suspicious.

The bell rings for lunch and I make my way to the cafeteria, right when I was going to open the door I get pulled into a custodial room. The lights come on and I turn around to face Paige. Oh brother! "Hello Alison" she says in a sour tone, "What do you want Paige?" I ask curious. "I want you to leave Emily alone!" she spat, "I haven't done anything to Emily, you're the one who needs to leave her alone!...move on already!" I yell at her. "You're just going to hurt her like before!, you didn't change and you never will just do everyone a favor and leave permanently!" ouch! that hurt! does Emily feel like that? "I didn't mean to hurt her" I whisper. Paige scoffs then walks out leaving me there now curled up on the floor crying.

After a few minutes I get out of the room and make my way to lunch. Late

I walk to the table where the girls are sitting and plop myself down next to Hanna. (across from Emily) "Where were you?!" Spencer asks almost yelling. What do I say?! I can't let Emily know, as much as I don't want Paige to talk to Emily, Emily likes her (as a friend obviously) and she doesn't need anymore drama. "I didn't feel well so I went to the nurses office and now I'm here" I don't want to lie to them but Emily is still here so I have to. The girls nod. I know Hanna doesn't believe me so I give her a look that says 'I'll explain later' and she gives me another nod. I keep thinking about what Paige said until I get a message. It's from Em;

E: Are u sure ur ok?

A: Yea don't worry

I watch her read the text then look up at me. She doesn't look convinced but she doesn't push.

(Short) Emily POV

It was now 5 minutes before six and I was still questioning if this was a good idea. I'm worried about Alison, she was acting strange during lunch but I didn't want to interrogate her. I heard the doorbell ring. Too late to change my mind now. I opened the door to greet Paige, "Hi Emily, ready to go?" she says happily "Hey Paige and yes I am" I reply with a half smile.

We decided to go to the movies then eat dinner afterwards.

Alison POV

I arrived at Spencer's house and greeted her parents, Melissa was in the barn and didn't plan to 'attend' her family's party. Spencer and Aria were chatting so Hanna and I went outside to talk about what happened earlier at school.

".....and that's why I went to lunch late" I finish telling Hanna what happened in my 'encounter' with Paige. "wow" was what Hanna said. "Ali?" Hanna asks, "Yea Han?" I ask nervously "umm....well...uh......I'm just going to say it.....Do you love Emily?" Hanna blurted. I wasn't expecting Hanna to ask that. Yes you were. Ok I kinda was but I mean I'm not sure, I know I have strong feelings for Em. " i-I t-think so"

Hanna smirks "Well I know so"

Emily POV

I'm really glad that it wasn't an awkward time at the movies or at dinner. I asked Paige to drop me off at Spencer's for the party. It seemed as if Paige was going to ask me something. Maybe if Alison is going to be there? I gave Paige a short hug then got out of her car and made my way to Spencer's front door.

A/N* Sorry for the boring chapter I just wrote something because I didn't want y'all to wait.

Next chapter will hopefully be more interesting ;)
