Road Trip

Is it hot in here?

After Max and I had fallen asleep last night Dom and the twins came in and woke us up for no reason. We ended up going swimming at 2 am. Max eventually dragged me back to our bungalow and became Mr.Possessive. I thought it was cute though and it felt right to be claimed. 

Right now we're eating breakfast at a cute cafe. 

"So you guys are a thing now." Drew said. I nodded and Max smiled. 

"Yep. I sealed the deal." Max said. Dom rolled his eyes but smiled at me. He gave me a speech last night while we were swimming about how glad we was that I was with the right guy and he told Max that if he did anything stupid he would personally cut his throat and yadda yadda. Over all this trip was for Max and I but Dom and the twins had fun looking at girls. 

"Bea? Hello?" Seth said waving a hand in my face. I snapped back and gave everyone a sheepish smile. 

"Hey there's a forest about half an hour away and I think we should all go for a run." Dom said. 

"Yeah Kira needs a run." I said stretching. Max tickled my stomach and I ended up banging my knee aginst the table. 

"Nice Max." Drew said laughing at him. I held my knee and laugh a little. It was pretty funny but it still hurt. 

"Let's just go running." Max said. We all agreed and got into the Voyager.

Once we were all out of the car in front of the forest we began walking deeper and deeper so no one would see us shift. We all took our clothes off behind trees and hid them. Max was the first to shift and decided to spy on me while I was taking my bra off.

"MAX!" I screamed. I didn't mind him seeing me naked but this was NOT the right time. I quickly threw off the rest of my clothes and hid them and then shifted. Max had been sitting patiently on the other side of the tree.

Let's go. I said to everyone with a happy yip. Kira was bounding around begging me to let her out. I ran for a bit but than let her take over. Everyone else had let their wolves take over too. We were a blur running through the woods to fast for a human eye to recognize.

Bea where are you? Max's voice shoved all my thoughts out of the way.

I'm...I don't know. I said stopping and looking around. I turned around and smacked right into Dom. Don't worry Max, Dom is with me. I said looking up at Dom. He hopped around playfully and I jumped on him. We were a big ball of fur rolling around and playing together.

Guys we're going back to the van. Drew said walking up to us. We stopped rolling around and Max came into view. He looked relieved.

Last one changed is a rotten egg! I said standing up and bolting towards my clothes. We were barley give minuets away. When I got to the tree I grabbed my clothes and shifted. I had put on my bra and underwear by the time Dom arrived and had all my clothes on when the rotten egg got here. I ran to the Voyager and hopped in the front seat. I was really hot and sweaty.

"Well I think Seth is the rotten egg." Dom said getting into the van. Seth pouted and got in.

"Sorry Seth but you're just to slow." Drew said poking his brother. We all laughed and Max started the car. I blasted the A.C. and positioned the air right on my face. It seemed like everyone had cooled down except for me.

When we got back to the bungalow I was still hot.

"Let's go for a swim!" I suggested. Everyone agreed and went to change. Once I was all changed I ran down the dock with Max and catapulted into the water. I felt really good. Dom and the twins dove in after us basically landing on Max. We swam for a couple hours and then got out around lunch time. While we were eating Max would sniff the air every now and then. He felt my forehead and his eyes got wide.

"Hey Dom can I talk to you for a minuet?" Max said standing up form the table. He nodded and they went into one of the bedrooms. The twins were playing with grapes until one shot out of Seth's hand and hit me in the arm.

"Sorry Bea." Seth said. I picked it up and looked at him. I tossed the grape in the air and he caught it in his mouth.

"What a good boy!" I said patting his head. I laughed and then excused myself to go to the bathroom.

When I had finished I washed my hands but I felt the heat coming back. This time I had small cramps in my stomach. It was bearable but I was really confused. Maybe I had food poisoning. I shrugged it off and opened the bathroom door to be met by Max. I saw him discreetly smell the air. His eyes darkened for a second and then he pulled me into our bedroom closing and locking the door behind him. 

"Max what are you doing?" I questioned him. He acted like he was holding back from something. "Is something wrong?" I asked when I got no reply.

"You're in heat." Max said. I opened my mouth to say something but all that came out was a squeak before I started hyperventilating.
