Anxiety Tip#1

If your having an anxiety attack the very first thing you to do is grounding. Grounding helps you calm down and relax during your anxiety attack/panic attack.

1 step for grounding is 5 things you can see

2 4 things you can hear

3 3 things you can touch

2 things you can smell

1 that makes you happy.

This is grounding.  It helps me all the time! I hope this helps you during a situation like that,  always remember to breathe.  The YouTube video should explain it more if you needed to understand it better.
