Bijan Sarhangpour, the former owner and present Director of Baku Oil Services (BOS), is an Iranian businessman with an extensive education and an excellent global reputation. Bijan Sarhangpour has studied in the United States, Italy, Russia, Germany and his home country of Iran to become a successful engineer, and his experience dates to the early 1970s. Today, he's based in in Dubai, where he lives with his wife and children.
