Hey so quick note about the song for this chapter. It was originally a different song called "She's so gone" by Naomi Scott (look it up if you want),I chose to change it to this one because I feel like its a better song to describe the crappy relationship she was in

"Well," Shane starts, "there's a Wal-mart not far from my house that is supposedly haunted by the ghost of a boy that was killed in the elevator there before it was a Wal-mart."

"Oh, that sounds fun!" I smile.

"Great, Let's go!" Shane grabs the camera and we walk to Garrett's car. Once the four of us were in, Shane started the camera once again. "Okay guys, so I'm in the car, I have my friends Garrett and Drew, and a new face to the channel, Piper!" Shane points the camera at me. "Piper is Garrett's friend and she decided to tag along on this journey," Shane smiles as I wave at the camera. "So Piper, why don't you tell the viewer's how you and Garrett met," Shane laughs.

"We're neighbors, and the walls are super thin, so we hear each others music a lot. We have concerts sometimes." I laugh as Garrett nods.

"Now, do you guys know what you're about to walk into?" Shane questions.

"Haunted Wal-mart," Drew states simply.

"Ghouls, goblins, and cheap goods," Garrett jokes. We get to Wal-mart and walk in.

"Doesn't it feel creepy in here already??" Shane comments.

"Well yeah Shane, it's Wal-mart at 10 pm on a Monday," I retort, causing the boys to laugh.

"So we're gonna go to the third floor since that's where he's haunting." Shane explains as we walk into the elevator. We press the third floor button, but it doesn't take us there. We get off on the second floor, as Shane talks to the camera again. "Okay so we just got off the elevator because we pushed the button for the third floor, but it didn't take us to the third floor. So we got off on the second floor, and now we can't find the escalator to the third floor." Just then, Shane spots an employee and decides to ask them. "Is there not a third floor?" The employee shakes his head.

"No, there's no third floor."

"Really?" Shane asks, shocked. "Did there used to be?"

"There used to be but a long time ago they closed it down." The employee explains. We walk away, trying to decide what to do next.

"Well ghost's aren't limited to floors, they can go through floors." Garrett explains.

"Yeah, everyone knows that." I laugh.

"Well, let's go ask some employees if they think this place is haunted, and if so, where?" Shane suggests. We ask around, not getting much from the employees other than "yes, this place is haunted." While we were thinking of what to do, I notice a man at the other end of the home goods aisle we were stopped in. I glanced a couple of times, before realizing who it was. I turn my back to him, facing Shane.

"Piper?' Crap. He noticed me. Don't turn around. "Piper? Is that you?" Nathan spoke up louder, gaining Shane's attention, then Drew's and Garrett's. I slowly turn around, anger building.

"Nathan," I say through gritted teeth as realization washes over Shane and Drew's face.

"Who're these people?" He asks. Garrett wraps an arm around me protectively as I speak.

"Well," I start, pointing at Drew. "This is Drew, this is Shane, and I believe you have already met Garrett." I pat Garrett's hand that is resting on my shoulder.

"Ah yes, your guard dog. Shame you need to hide behind him," Nathan spits. I take a step toward him and away from Garrett's side.

"Who said I was hiding? Hiding implies I'm afraid of you." I snap.

"Your reaction earlier today seems to suggest you are," he smirks.

"No, I'm not. I've never been afraid of you Nathan." I say, walking a little closer to him still. "Intimidated, perhaps at one point but not anymore," I take another step toward him, almost in his face as I continue speaking.

-Garrett's Point of View-

"Garrett, should we do something?" Shane asks and I shake my head.

"Not yet. I think she needs to handle this herself. If things escalate then we'll do something." I explain, watching Piper carefully.

"You're pathetic." She spits. I'm proud of her. Even though she confronted him earlier today, she was still sad and heartbroken, but now its clear that her sadness has turned to rage and determination as she raises her voice just a bit.

"Do you know why you don't scare me or intimidate me?" she asks, not giving him time to answer. "Because you're an immature child, not a man. And I have no reason to fear a sad, stupid, immature child."

-Piper's Point of View

Nathan just stood there, absorbing my words like a sponge, anger prominent in his facial expression. He clenches his fists, causing me to smirk. Part of me was afraid he might try to hit me again, but I wasn't going to let him see that.

"I'm over it Nathan. All of this. You. I'm done, and I'm never coming back. Ever. The sad little girl who let you use and manipulate her is gone. Don't ever come near me again, I mean it. Got it?" I make eye contact and stare him down until he nods, turning and walking away. I walk back to the boys, their mouths agape.

"That. Was. Everything." Shane compliments.

"Thanks. Now where were we?" I smile and change the subject.

"Oh right," Shane turns the camera back on, "So you two are going to stay and ask around and try to get to the third floor, and Drew and I are going to wait outside," he explains.

"You don't have to wait outside," Garrett states.

"Yeah, just wait in Wal-mart," I laugh.

"I do want some peanut butter ice cream," Drew smiles. Eventually, the boys decide to go to Wendy's, leaving Garrett and I to find a way to film the third floor.
