Gone for a Month

"Well... Sonata and I will be back in a month or two," Adagio said. "You can manage yourself, can't you, Aria?"

"Wait...what? You can't ditch me after this!" I shrieked. "I won't wait a month!"

"Aria, if we come back to find that you still look fabulous and you are more...popular, you'll get a matching necklace!" Sonata said, pointing at the suspicious necklaces. They said they were rubies, but I studied jewels once and they don't exactly look like them...oh well. I have more important things to do.

"BYEEEE!" Sonata sobbed dramatically. Adagio waved until the bright red limo was out of my view.

My name is still Amethyst Blaze. When Sonata and Adagio and Sonata take me to a new school, they'll enroll me as Aria Blaze.

But Amethyst Blaze wasn't at school today, because someone said she wasn't on the bus.

I walked to school today, because if you don't see Amethyst on the bus, something big has happened to her.

That's true.

And so people didn't see me right away.

I finally reached the school. I was about to open the door, but a boy opened it for me.

But it was no ordinary boy.

He was one of the most popular (and second cutest, according to Amber, as she said in front of her boyfriend who wasn't listening) guys in school.

His name was Ocean Blast.

"After you..." He began to say, but seems to not know my name.

I replied, "Aria. It's just a nick name though..." And then his twin came stamping towards Ocean. I quickly slipped away, possibly with a pink tinge across my cheeks.

Oceane Jewel was her name. One of Amber's frenemies. Oceane just bet Amber to be the cheerleading captain.

I grabbed my stuff without anyone seeing me and walked into the vision of Amber Lantern.

"Hey hon!" She said in the sugary sweet voice she possessed. "Are you new around here? I haven't seen you before! Oh, BTW, I love your outfit!" Then she smiled the brightest smile and waited for my answer.

"Thanks, but I know my way around just fine. See you soon," I quickly said and walked off.

Amber Lantern did not recognize me. Just wait until she figures out I'm Amethyst.
