A Miraculous Christmas

Shopping for Adrien

Marinette made it to the store where she saw the perfect present for her crush, Adrien. It was nor very crowded which is a good sign and some Christmas shoppers as well with a similar idea like Marinette's to getting their presents early and hoping to avoid the hassles of last-minute shopping for gifts to give and on Christmas Eve.

Marinette makes her way into the store looking for the present to give Adrien while trying not bump into some people.

Speaking of some people, she bumps into the person she never thought she would bump into, Lila Rossi. "I didn't see you there."
"Neither did I." She says trying to muster a smile to the compulsive liar. "I was just shopping for a very amazing present for Adrien. It'll be one for sure that he will love." She says dreamily. Marinette felt her left eye twitch slightly at the Italian girl's lie. "I give really great Christmas presents and one gets better each year than the last and this year will be the greatest present." 

Marinette could feel herself screaming internally with Lila's lie though her gift-giving isn't very good but we all know that she won't tell the truth about anything.

🐞Many long agonizing hours later...🐈

Marinette found her ideal present for Adrien and had it in a small box wrapped in shining red metallic wrapping paper with gold accented patterns and a metallic gold colored bow and ribbon tied on it. Lila looks to see Marinette admiring her present for Adrien her "love interest" that for which is not at all true.

Marinette leaves the shop steeping out into the light snowy streets with little snow flurries lightly falling and landing in her hair. "Tikki are you seeing these snow flurries?"

The ladybug kwami peeks out from Marinette's purse seeing the flurries lightly falling around them. "I see them Marinette it's so pretty and snowy outside." Tikki softly shivers feeling the cold wind blow towards her. "We better get home and stay warm." The dark blue haired girl gently tucks her chilly kwami back into her purse to keep her warm and making her way back home with her present in hand to give Adrien on Christmas.
