People thought this devilish creature that lurks in the forest was only a myth, But now i'm starting to doubt that. Its name Methuselah itself means to bring death. They say the creature has razor sharp teeth stained with the blood of all the victims it has devoured. Its claws are so sharp that it can cut a tree in half. I'm starting to wonder if those two trees i saw broken in half are from the Methuselah.

I awake with the sun in my face, so bright it  blinds my vision. I cover it with my hand and look around. I see that the surrounding trees are broken in two. I begin to worry about my safety in this forest. I grab my spear and gather some of the items I have with me. I try my best to get away from camp but my hunger is slowly weakening me.

I manage to escape from the place and find a new place for me to rest. I put my items by a blue bush hoping that I will not forget where I put them. I use my spear as a walking stick to go and find food before I starve to death. I manage to find some bushes filled with berries, I do not know if they are poisonous. I think to myself, I will not find any other food in this wretched forest, I must eat them. I pick one up and stare at it for a good two minutes, then I put it in my mouth. It was so sweet and soft in my mouth I think it must not be poisonous.

I keep eating as many as I can stuff my mouth with, they are so delicious. I fill my belly with them and take some in my pant pockets. I begin to walk back to my new camp sight and suddenly I feel a bit dizzy. Soon after I fall to the ground unconscious.

After some time of being knocked out I slightly open my eyes. Not being able to move around I start feeling as if something is dragging me. I look forward to see the back of a humongous beast. Its claw had a tight grip on my left leg, not that I could move my leg of course.

I see that it has taken me deep into the forest, almost pitch black. The last thing I taste is the sickly sweetness of the berries before the creature slams me into a tree, and everything fades to black.
