"Where you will never fit in"

We all walked to the parking lot after school, laughing, smiling and gisting about Nate's parent anniversary and how what to get for them. We agreed during lunch it's only appropriate for us to get them a gift and Isabella also wanted to get them something aside from that which the group wanted to get them.

"So you managed to fit in," We heard a voice and it's none other than Tamara walking towards the parking lot, her petite following.

"Where you will never fit in," I replied.

"Do I have to remind you Shane is mine and he's soon coming back to me?" She was standing in front of me now, her eyes throwing daggers.

"Of course not Miss Tamara Beka, Mr Shane Festus is definitely coming back to you." My reply was sarcastic.

Shane pulled me back to prevent me going to close to her while the rest laughed.

"We shall see, Shane doesn't just realize it yet, but he loves me." She pulled a strand of hair back from her face.

Shane scoffed.

"Okay," I replied in a bored tone. "He might realize he loves you in your dreams."

She snorted, "I'm not done with you."

"I'm ready for you," I made to move closer to her, but Shane pulled me back, opening his car door.

"Get in Lola," he said without looking at me, his gaze fixed on Tamara. "Look here Tamara, stop clinging to me, I'm not your boyfriend and I'm not going to be."

"Because of this new girl, this girl who just came from nowhere?" Tamara asked pointing at me as she eyed me.

"Excuse me, who came from nowhere? Are you nuts?" I removed my hand from the door where it was leaning and started walking toward her, my fave clouded with anger but Shane pulled me back.

Honestly, this Shane just have to always ruin it, why did he kept pulling me back?

"I said get in the car Lola," he dragged me to the car and closed the door. "Let me warn you Tamara," he faced her "Let this be this last time you would ever say something like that to Lola, what am I saying? Let this actually be the last time you would ever talk to her, because the next time you do that, you would be sorry." It was evident he's annoyed from his tone.

"Okay, this's the part where you run," David said.

Tamara glared at him.

"I will personally see you off just to make sure you are safe," Nate chimed in, moving toward her.

Isabella and Tania giggled, even I smiled and softened a little.

Tamara hissed and left, her petite following. I wonder if the girls realized they are just are shadows, people actually takes no noticee of them.

We all got into the car, Shane and I in his car, Nate and Isabella and David and Tania. Tania would have been in the same car with Shane and I if David hadn't protested we can't leave him without a partner.

We finally got to Nate's house after getting a present for his parent, with Isabella getting an extra of course. His mom greeted us warmly and without wasting time, we started the preparations.

The guys went to help his dad in decorating the living room, while we helped Mrs Praize in making the meals. The meal is Salad, chicken and a kinda Chinese food I'm very sure I haven't seen before.
