Scarlet's P.O.V.

The growls got louder, Cole pushed me behind him. Jason, Xavier, and Cole stood tall in front of me and Shella. Shella was also in front of me. "Shella, its my pack. They're here for me." I whispered to her.

"Shit, what are we going to do?" She whispered. Just then my dad, the beta, the delta, and the warriors of the pack came out of the woods. The warriors were in wolf form but not the leaders, many other packs were with them.

"Alpha Matt, what are you doing here?!" Cole demanded.

"Im here for my daughter, Cole!" My dad yelled. "Now where is she?!?!" He screamed

"I told you, we don't have her! Now LEAVE!" He yelled. My dad looked mad, his jaw clench and his hands balled up into a fist.

"GIVE ME SCARLET NOW!!!" He yelled at the top of his lungs. I knew he would shift at any moment now. I need to do something.

"Shella, i need to stop him before he starts a war." I told her. She turned to me with wide eyes.

"Do you think he will let you stay? Cole cant be with out you." She whispered, her voice filled with worry. I shook my head knowing he would never let me stay. She looked down with sadness.

"SHES NOT HERE!!!" Cole yelled.

"Fine, if you wont give her back then we start a even bigger war than ever." My dad said calmly. I heard bones start to crack. I pushed Shella out of the way and ran around Cole, i ran to my father and hugged him around his neck tightly.

"Im sorry im sorry im sorry." I said repeatedly, my dad hugged me tight.

"You LIED!" My dad yelled. I turned my head to see a confused Cole. I spoke up before anything bad could happen.

"No! Don't blame him, he didn't know i was me. I told him my name was Nicollet so he wouldn't kill me, but it was for the good of the packs." I said to my dad standing a few steps back from him.

"Im vary disappointed in you Scarlet Nicole Crystal!!" My dad said in his alpha voice. I heard gasp from everywhere around us. I looked down, knowing i made a bad choice and im a shame to my pack. "Im sorry Cole, ill take my daughter and we will be on our way." He said. I looked over my shoulder to only see most of the pack with a shocked face but cole looked surprised. "Come Scarlet, we are going home." My dad said. I slowly started to fallow my dad when i felt 2 strong arms wrap around me, i knew it was Cole from the sparks.

"You're not leaving with out a good bye." He whispered. I turned around and hugged him tightly.

"Im sorry..." I whispered, He hugged me tighter. "Ill miss you. Promise you'll call." I said to him.

"Ill sneak into your room if i have to." He laughed even though i know he was being totally serious. All of a sudden i heard a voice i hopped to never hear again.

"Well it looks like i could have just stayed home and made your favorite tea." Said the voice i only knew as Anna-Beth. I turned around and saw her, she looked like a taller brunet version of me.

I looked at my dad with anger. " What is SHE doing here?!" I asked him. He chuckled nervously and said something i never wanted to hear.

"Um sweet heart, me and your mother are getting back together." He spoke, making the words eco in my head. I was pissed, i could feel Nicollet gaining control. I let her take over my body and shift into our wolf. She growled and ran home as fast as we could, once we got home we didn't go in. I climbed up a tree and took a nap to calm down. So this is it, i lost my mate and some of my closest friends and to top it off my mom and dad are back together. I bet my little brother is inside bothering Mia. My life went from great to fucking horrible all because my mate is the enemy.... GOD DAMN IT!
