=•{ A R I A }•=I went downstairs to get a drink of water. I'm on my period and I've lost my appetite, if I dont drink something i'm going to pass out.
"I see you got away," Ashton startled me. I could hear the smirk.
"Yeah. He's bad tonight. He's been good for the last couple weeks but tonight he's winded up," I said sadly.
I turned around to see him looking absent, thinking about my brother, Reed.
In our house, my brothers and I all have our own rooms but at night we usually hang out and crash in whoever's room we were in last together. Well, all of us besides Elijah and Ryder since they work. But even if we didn't crash together, I would still have to sleep with Reed anyway. He gets nightmares about people trying to hurt me, he doesn't tell me what he dreams of, just that if I don't sleep with him, he doesn't get the hours of sleep he should.
"Did you wait your forty miracle minutes yet?" Ashton asked in thought.
I eyed him, "Yeah, but tonight I will have to stay with him."
Even though we sleep together most of the time, we don't always. If we are sick, angry at each other or just want time to ourselves we sleep in our own rooms. Which then I usually stay with Reed for forty minutes in bed but if he tosses and turns and calls out for me repeatedly, then I just stay with him. Tonight hasn't been good. I didn't sleep with the boys in Easton's room tonight as I didn't feel well.
"Why are you up?" Ashton asked raising his eyebrows while leaning against the kitchen counter.
"Getting water to have medicine with. I feel like shit," I stated. I did, I was on my period, and had a cold.
"You look like you've been hit by a bus. Whats wrong?" he asked now concerned.
"I just hurt," I looked down not wanting to talk about my period with Ashton.
He's the brother that sells drugs, does illegal fighting underground for money with Reed and plays football while also fucking every girl that can walk. Ash doesn't do period talk. I laughed to myself.
"Well, my bet is that you're riding the cotton pony, because your pale as a ghost. I'm also betting you haven't eaten anything," he shakes his head at me giving me a pointed look.
I got the liquid medicine that looked mean and red, measured it into a measuring cup and took it like a shot, I stuck my tongue out, scowling.
I was scared to take tablets.
"What are you on about?"
He rolled his eyes, "Your period."
I felt my cheeks heat up.
"Aww so you are surfing the crimson wave," he fake pouted, mocking me.
"No. Because I have a cold, all the food I like tastes like shit now," I say defensively.
"Oh I don't know ... you've been pissy again lately," he tapped his chin in fake thought, "But now that I think about it, I'm not so sure since your always like that."
