When Azura woke up, she she that dawn was soon to come. She could hear the howling of death wolves echoing in the valleys and hills, although she was glad to see that both Aries, sleeping so soundly, and herself were in one piece. I'll go collect some food. I'm starving, and I'm sure Aries will be too when he wakes up, Azura thought. I'll have to limp, since my leg still aches.
She started to wander into the deep parts of the forest, and stopped dead in her tracks when she saw Clay.
"Long time, no see, eh?" Clay intimidated.
Walk past him. She thought. Azura said nothing back. Clay wouldn't take ignorance for an answer. "What's wrong? Can't talk?" he was trying to seduce her into giving him everything she still had. She decided she was just going to state the truth. "I know you're gonna take all I have. The only thing I do have is Aries and my clothes."
"Where's the elk? Or did you eat it all up like a pig?"
"It got stolen at the massacre."
"Well, *small, but subtle mocking laugh* that's a shame."
"What do you want from me? There's nothing you can possibly steal now."
"Nothing, really. Could I-" Azura cut him off, "No, okay? I don't have the energy to deal with your bullshit. I'm miserable, hurt, and starving. Oh, by the way, neither Ace or myself got a nibble of the elk. I haven't eaten in 5 days! You never needed that shadow-elk. You're so spoiled, I bet the last time you've eaten was a feast an hour ago. Served on a silver tray, I bet, with slaves cleaning every crumb you leave. You know what, if you find the stupid elk, keep it. I don't care. Triumph it and parade it all around me. I don't care. You just need to understand that my life is SO MUCH HARDER THAN YOURS." she heard him say not even one syllable of a word, and tackled Clay to the ground.
She pinned him to the ground and hit for the face. Azura cringed when she heard the snap of his nose and blood escaped. She gave him a black eye, and knocked out some teeth. Then, kneed him where it would hurt, and Clay let out a squeal of pain. "Sto-o-op" he commanded while tears were pouring out.
"What do you want from me then?" Azura interrogated.
"Will you... please..." without finishing his sentence, Clay was out cold.
