Bertolt x Reader

Gentle giant

"Hey (f/n)!" I turned to see Reiner running towards me.

"What's up?"

"Not much except, BERT LIKES YOU!" He yelled at the top of his lungs. My face turned bright red.

"Why did I have to tell you I like him." I groaned.

"Don't worry. I didn't tell him about the crush."

"Oh thanks."

"Aww look your face is bright red." He teased pushing me.

"Stop!" I giggled.

"So, I think you should go talk to him."

"Alright um, where is he?"

"He's over near the warehouse organizing some stuff."

"Ok thanks, bye!" I took off to the warehouse with Reiner making catcalls in the background. Sometimes I hate him.

"Oh hey Bert!" I called waving over to him. He was moving around some boxes.

"Oh hi, (f/n)."

"Do you need help?"

"If, uh you can, lift some boxes." His sweat glistened on his forehead.

"I can try."

-6 minutes later-

Alright note to self never try to lift really heavy boxes. Bert had to help me so I gave up and instead helped organize smaller boxes.

"Sorry if I made things worse, Bert."

"N-no not at all, (f/n)."

"Alright."

"I um think we're done." He gave me a small smile, while his face turned red.

"Ok! Wanna see if we could um get something to eat." I blushed slightly.

"Wait can I ask you something?"

"Sure!"

"Did Reiner say anything to you?"

"Maybe..."

"Oh ok."

"I like you too."

"R-really?"

"Ya I do."

"So do you maybe wanna go out." We started to sweat more.

"Of course Bert!" I tried to tackle him but... He's a bit too tall.

He bent down and softly kissed me on the lips. It was sweet and short, but it caused every part of my body to feel a million butterflies. I pulled away smiling,

"Uh we should go tell Reiner." I giggled.

"Don't worry I saw it aaallll!" Reiner said coming out from behind some crates, smirking, "good job Bert. I'm proud." Bertolt's face turned bright red.

"T-thanks."

"Don't worry. I'll leave you two." He winked, exiting the warehouse.

"So um-" I was cut off by Bert's lips.

"Wanna um hangout later?" He asked.

"Well duh!"
