A dragon has abilities(a Spyro x Oc fanfic)

Ch4: Taking It Easy

Neve's pov

I woke up on the couch, my head pounding and my vision slightly blurry. I was pondering on wether I should sit up or not and decided against it when I felt the pain in my muscles.

"How are you feeling?" Spyro asked sitting in front of me. "Sore" I replied plainly. "Are you hungry?" he asked. "Kind of" I replied. "Hold on" Spyro told me and flew off somewhere. I didn't bother to sit up since I was in too much pain.

Spyro came back after a bit and put a plate with a few pancakes. I stuck my tongue out to tadt them before doing my best to eat them without moving the rest of my body too much since it hurt.

I ended up failing with one of the pancakes falling on the floor. Spyro looked at it for a second before turning to me. "Here. Let me help you" he told me, helping me sit up so I could eat.

He pushed the plate closer and I picked a bit of a pancake with my good claw and ate it. I did this until I had finished the pancakes. "What is this? Spyro are you eating food in here?" Jet Vac asked.

I cringed slightly as he was being very loud and my head still hurt. Spyro took Jet vac out of the room as I lay my head down in the soft cushions. After a few minutes, Spyro returned and lay down in front of me.

" When your all healed up, I can help you train" Spyro told me. "You'd do that?" I asked. "Of course. We're the same species of dragon and we need to stick together" Spyro told me, looking right at me. "Thanks. I've never had a friend like you before. I've never had a friend at all" I explained. "Yeah........... A friend" Spyro replied.

I was confused why he paused but shrugged it off. I was feeling kind of cold so I looked to Spyro. "Hey Spyro?" I asked. "Yeah?" he asked. "Is there a blanket or something here because I'm kinda cold" I asked.

Spyro went off somewhere and returned with a blanket. He put the blanket over me and lay next to me, putting his wing over my back. I closed my eyes and slowly drifted to sleep.

Sorry for the short chapter. I wrote this a while ago and had no ideas at the time lol.
