Chapter 30: Let's play tourists

Yoongi seems to be flustered since I've seen his older pictures.

He glared at his grandmother, "Grandmother, you're so mean.", he said, earning a laugh from his grandmother.

"Haha, I love you, Yoongi.", his grandmother replied with a smile.

"Well, I still love you regarding what you did,"

"Anyway, why don't you walk her around? You should show her your favourite place, your school, or--"

"Yeah, I was about to. Jooyeon-ah, let's play tourists for a bit.", he winked.

"I'm in!", I beamed in excitement, running towards him, linking my arms with his.

Yoongi smiled, ruffling my hair.

"Aigoo, you two are such a sweet couple.", his grandmother commented, smiling motherly.

Yoongi smiled at the old woman, "We'll leave now, grandmother. See you later,"

His grandmother nodded, smiling, as we both headed out of the room, walking towards the front door.

"Where are you two going?", his grandfather who is currently watching a tennis match on the TV asked as he noticed us making our way towards the door.

"I'm going to show her around," Yoongi answered.

"Oh, don't forget to show her the top hi--"

"Woah, grandfather! Chill, you almost spoiled it.", Yoongi immediately cut his grandfather off.

The old man just laughed at him, shaking his head. "Well, sorry not sorry.", he shrugged.

"We'll leave first, grandfather.", Yoongi said, as we both bowed slightly at him.

His grandfather nodded, "Be careful,"

"We will,"

We walked through the door but then Yoongi walked right back into the house.

Seconds later, he came back with his father's car keys. "I forgot this, phew."

We both hopped into his grandfather's car as Yoongi drove to wherever he planned to show me.

"I'm going to show you my high school first," he said.

"Sure,"

And not long after, we reached Yoongi's past high school, Dongdo High School.

"Oh wow, look at how much this school has changed.", he said, closing the car door behind him.

He intertwined our fingers together as he walked me around the school.

He pointed at the school field, smiling from ear to ear, "I remembered that time when I ran around the school field, only in my boxers.", he laughed.

"What??? You really did that?", I asked, not believing my ears.

"Yeah, it's because of my best friend's dare. Well, Min Yoongi would not back out from a challenge he was given,"

"Yeah, yeah, whatever.", I said as we walked towards the school garden.

"Oh wow, look at this fountain. We didn't have it here back then,"

We walked towards the bench that was facing the fountain, sitting on it.

"Your school is beautiful,"

"Thanks on behalf of the principal," he said, as I laughed at him, hitting his arm.
