"Do you really have to go that far?", I nagged Jungkook as I settled down onto the couch. Jungkook is laying on the L-shape couch with his right arm crossed behind his head, using it as his pillow instead of the cushions around him.

"But he almost kiss your chest, which brother would let a guy do that to his sister?", he argued, his eyes still focused on the drama he's watching.

A sigh escaped my lips, "Jungkook, for god's sake I am not your sister.", I make sure to emphasize on the word 'your' and he instantly sat up straightly while giving me that are-you-kidding-me look.

"Okay, tell me who feed you all this time, tell me who sent you off to school, tell me who--"

"Okay, okay! Urgh, you won't stop nagging, wouldn't you?", I groaned, grabbing a piece of french fries that Jungkook fried earlier.

"Oh look at what you're munching on right now and guess whose food it is?", he rolled his eyes as he laid back on the couch, focusing back on his drama.

"You're so fucking annoying--ow!", I glared at him, grabbing another piece of french fries, only to be receiving another slap from him.

"What did I say about bad words?", he said in a quite stern voice.

"Right, no bad words.", I mumbled in such an uninterested manner.

"Good girl.", he patted my head lightly, smiling like a proud brother.

"Don't get yourself into troubles.", Jungkook advised.

"I'm 20, not 2.", I scoffed.

"Don't get yourself fired over such stupid reasons.", he reminded.

"If only you're not the reason, I'm fine.", I sighed, totally tired of his same lame advices.

"Don't--"

"Oh my god, Jungkook just let me get inside and head to the mart already!", I smacked his arm, earning a groan in pain from him.

"I'll get going now, my little girl.", he patted my head lightly after placing a soft peck on my forehead. "I love you, sister.", he winked, doing a big heart shape with his arms.

I walked into the bookstore where I've been working for almost a year now and that is definitely the best record for the time being. I was instantly being pulled into a hug by my coworker, Han Dayoung. "JEON JOOYEON--"

"Just a friendly reminder that we're working in a library, loud ass.", I cupped her mouth to shut her up before everyone in the mini library giving us judging looks for being loud when the whole place is clearly supposed to be quiet as hell.

"Oh, right.", she smiled sheepishly, slowly lowering her voice. "Anyway, where's Jungkook? Isn't he tagging along with you?", she asked as I rolled my eyes at the mention of my brother's name.

"He left to the mart, Dayoung. He got a part time job to do too.", I answered, putting on my badge to make people acknowledge me as the person who's in charge of the big place.

Dayoung has a crush on Jungkook ever since I started working here, when she saw him walking me home after a tiring day of working. She never planned to confess after all, but I am pretty sure that both of them truly love each other. Somehow Jungkook is quite secretive about this love thingy so I never knew if he had a girlfriend or crush before even though I basically grew up with him.

"Get to work, girls!", our super bossy boss clapped her hands, snapping me out of my thoughts as we both get back to work.

I walked towards the counter where my position is, handling the books that was borrowed and returned. All of a sudden, a guy walked in, and went directly to me. "Yes, sir? How can I help you--", my friendly smile fell off my face as a sigh left my lips, looking up to the face I never wished to see again, my ex boyfriend's face.

"Jooyeon-ah, hear me out first, please--"

"I am not going to waste my time for your bullshit, Jung Wooseok.", I rolled my eyes, putting a 'CLOSE' sign on the counter as I made my way towards the shelves, arranging books to where they used to be. And so not surprisingly, Wooseok followed my steps, still begging me to hear him out.

"No, Wooseok you fucking lied to me. And liar will always be telling lies to cover up their old lies, in other words; bullshit.", I said, arranging the books back into their place, without even looking at Wooseok.

"But it was all a misunderstanding!", he raised his voice a bit, and a few people who's currently reading in the mini library turned their heads to the source of noise, as I politely bowed at them, apologizing for the disturbance.

"Jung Wooseok, you better get out of here.", I said to him, and he crossed his arms against his chest, shaking his head stubbornly. "I am not going to leave until you hear me out.", he insisted, leaving me with no choice but to grab his wrist, dragging him out of the place, where we can be a little bit louder rather than being the main attention in the library.

"You have 30 seconds, now talk."

"I'm sorry for everything and about the thing that you saw, it was a whole misunderstanding and please do believe me cause I never wanted to kiss Rachel Yoo--"

"Ah, you mean that bitch?", I cut him off in between his rap of apology, causing him to stop talking for a while.

"Why are you calling her--I mean, yes! Yes, I didn't want to kiss her! She just lunged herself on me! Trust me, Jooyeon-ah...I really love you, you're my one and only girlfriend and it will forever be you.", he emphasized certain words, holding my hands gently in his. "Please...give me another chance--"

"That's it, your 30 seconds is over.", I yanked his hands away, leaving him behind as I walked back into the library, giving him a single glance which he didn't notice as I sank back in my seat, sighing at the presence of the person that I really hate.

"Hello?"

I looked up to the person and saw a guy, smiling warmly at me. "I'm sorry, what can I do for you?", I quickly turn my frown of frustration into a welcoming smile as I noticed a customer at my counter. The guy then pointed at a guy with a handsome pale face, who's busy on his ipad, tapping his fingers on the table.

Wait, where have I seen him before?
