Chapter 25

Daniel's Pov
Jonah and Corbyn were calling me and Zach into Lauren's room, I got really scared because I thought something had happened to her.

Nothing, And I mean nothing, Could have prepared me for what I saw in her room.

She was asleep with my best friend. My Girlfriend. Asleep with my best friend.

She woke up and saw me and realised what-what was going on

"Daniel Wait," She said. I could hear no remorse or her voice.
"Save it, Lauren. Don't talk to me" I spat and ran out of the room

I could even talk to her anymore. I trusted her. I loved her.

She broke that, Zach was also angry with her he tried to comfort me but nothing was working my whole body felt numb.

I didn't think Lauren was like this I wouldn't have ever excepted this from her.

I'd been completely ignoring Zach's words I couldn't hear them over the pain my body was in.
"Thanks, Zach," I said quickly "but I'm fine really" I put on a fake smile "please just let me get some sleep, I'm exhausted" I fake laughed

"Okay buddy, I'll talk to her.." I cut him off

"No don't, there's no point. Just leave it...Please?"

"Whatever you say, buddy"
He hugged me and walked out.

I locked my door and fell against it crying. I couldn't hold it back anymore. Nothing is worse than the feeling I have right now.

I loved Lauren. A lot. I thought it would be us forever but a few days before out one month she is there. Sleeping with my best friend.

But he had his arms all over her. If it was against each other on the couch that would be a different story. But all over each other. In Lauren's bed. That WE had just built TOGETHER.

I walked into the bathroom and locked the door, splashing some cold water onto my red face.

I look up at my reflection and get angry at myself for feeling like this, Lauren is just a girl. There are millions of others.

But none like her.

I go back to my room ensuring I locked my door once again and I collapsed crying in a heap on my bed.

Soon all the crying had tired me out so the tears turned to tears.

Jack's Pov
I went downstairs and Zach was glaring at me. What did I do?

Oh no. Oh god no.

He must have thought that I was sleeping with Lauren because I like her. Oh god no.

Daniel must hate me.

"Zach please," I said running towards him "let me explain"

"Why should I jack. You know Lauren and Daniel were together. You've destroyed him. I can't believe you"

"Please let me explain. It's now how it seems" I pleaded

"This better be worth it." He said shooting daggers through my soul with his eyes

"Please come with me, I don't wanna do it here"

"Why Jack. Why?"

"Zach please listen to me, I can't tell anyone else, heck I don't even wanna tell you but I can't lose my best friend because something seems different than it actually is, please," I said putting my hand on the side of his arm

"Okay okay fine," he said looking down at the floor "where we going?"

"The garden is fine, if none is there"

We walked out to the garden and I took a deep breath. I can do this.

We sat down on the rocks near the edge of the garden and I suddenly felt really really scared.

"So What was it?" He asked

3rd person Pov
Zach was scared for what he was about to hear but jack was even more scared.

He didn't know it was able to do This, but Lauren had helped him so the least he can do it explain and help Lauren get Daniel not to hate her again.

"Okay" he took a deep breath "I remembered you told me Lauren was really good for advice"

"Yeah, I said that and?"

"Well, I needed to ask her about something because I was tired of being kept up at night because I couldn't think and I needed to get it off my chest to someone. So I went to talk to Lauren, I was really tired and when I finished talking to her I fell asleep, her bed was so comfortable, I must have fallen asleep on top of her. I know she would never do that and I fell so so awful. Please Zach please just believe me, I wouldn't lie to you" he said looking at his face that was plastered with the 'your lying' looks

"So if I ask Lauren she'll say the same thing?"

"Yes, I promise you"

"Okay, what was it you went to talk to Lauren about?"

"I um...I needed some...advice..."

"Yes Jack you already said that"

"I....i...I can't I'm sorry"

"I knew if you were lying, stay away from my sister you boyfriend stealing b...." he said getting up

"Okay wait! Please." He took a deep breath "I'll tell you, but you got to promise not to tell ANYONE, and I mean anyone."

"Okay, I promise"

"Wellitwasaboutmenotbeingabletofigureoutmysexualitybutiknownowthatimgay" he said almost inaudibly

"says it again. A little slower, don't worry buddy I'm here for you no matter what" he half hugged him

"Okay" another deep breath "Well I needed to talk to someone, it was keeping me up at night. I...I'm....I'm gay." He said looking away

"I'm happy you told me" Zach smiled "don't tell anyone but ummm me too, Well half, I'm bisexual" he smiled

"This stays between us?" They said at the same time resulting in laughter

"Okay but if this is staying between us. You wanna know how I figured out I was gay?" Jack said and instantly regretted it

"Sure" Zach smiled a little more then he should've

"Well, there was this guy, he was so cute and adorable and his name was...Zach, Zachary Dean" Jack said and turned away

"Well I've always known but lately there's been this guy I'm head over heels for, his name is jack, jack Robert" Zach laughed

The two laughed and looked at each other and they slowly stopped laughing and their heads ended up centimetres apart.

Then no distance between them.

Their lips collided both of them feeling like never before.

After a few seconds, they pulled apart

"Zachary Dean Herron, will you do me the honours of becoming my boyfriend?" Jack asked the words coming out muffled as the breath hitched in the through

"I'd love nothing more" Zach smiled his cheeks turning redder than usual

The two shared another kiss, just as magical as the first

"Keep this between us for now? Tell we're out to the rest of the guys" jack questioned laughing.

"Good idea, but right now, we need to help Lauren her Daniel back" they smiled and walked towards the door hand in hand then suddenly let go in case anyone else saw.
