Chapter 23

Zach's Pov
I've been so caught up in jack lately I kinda forgot that anyone else was in the house. I know that sounds bad but when you fall for someone so hard its... I don't know how to explain it.

Me and Lauren are heading to IKEA  to get her a bed frame and other things for her room as it was pretty empty at the moment apart from a mattress, a built-in wardrobe and a nightstand.

We had planned to go all seven of us (the boys Lauren and Izzy)  but the rest of them were too lazy to get out of bed to come with us so we just left without them.

The whole way there I was considering whether or not I should talk to Lauren but with David in the SUV with us I decided if I was gonna talk to her I'd do it when we were inside as David isn't staying with us, he had a meeting to go to but he's picking us up later.

The ride was long and silent, David was in the front on a call to god knows who, Lauren was messaging Ryan and I had my headphones in trying to ignore how awkward it felt.

I have never been so glad to get out of a car ever. "Thanks for the lift David" I smiled as I shut the door and he drove off

We started walking round and looking at bits and pieces, having casual conversations when I had a rush of confidence and I decided I was going to tell Lauren about me being bisexual. I'm still not sure about this but you know what? I have to tell someone it's burning me alive

"Can I talk to you about something serious?" I asked as Lauren was deciding whether she wanted a wooden or a whitewash coloured desk

"What's up buddy? Everything okay?" She said turning all her attention to me

"Yeah, I think" my heart started pounding out of my chest "you remember our cousin? Ricky?"

"Yeah...I do, what-what about him?" Lauren said confused

"Well I've just been thinking a bit lately and I was wondering if you would have accepted him? For being bi" I spat out and immediately regretted it.  I could feel myself starting to feel warm and light headed

"Zach, have we met? Of course, I would have! You know this, I accept everyone for who they are and who they want to be, being bi was his decision and I respect that, I do miss him" this hit me hard I was about to burst out crying, I could feel my eyes filling with warm tears

"I do too, I wish dad would have accepted him," I said looking her in the eyes "because then he would accept me too"

I did it. I just told her. She is pretty smart she will figure it out.

"I am so proud of you Zach," she said taking me into a huge bear hug.

I started crying, it was so nice to feel accepted and loved for who I am, a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders

"No matter what happens, I am going to stand by you, you have my word on that. I'm serious Zach" she said soothingly as she looking right into my eyes. I felt safe. I felt loved. I felt accepted.

"Thank you lozzy, you are the best sister anyone could ever ask for" I smiled wiping away my tears

"Your welcome buddy, now" she said "serious question, do I go with the wooden or whitewash?" We both started laughing

"Wooden would look nice, it would match the nightstand and the vibe of the room" I said in a matter of fact tone then burst out laughing

"Your such a dork" she laughed "but I think your right"

We went around getting the rest of the things we needed. Lauren got some really cool decor for her room and I got bed frame and some cork board decor thing that you hang pictures in. That looked pretty cool.

David called us that he was gonna be at least half an hour so me and Lauren headed to the restaurant and had some food.

Corbyn's Pov
I woke up and decided I was going to cook me and Izzy some breakfast.
Then I remembered, I can't cook.
So I ordered us some pancakes to be delivered in like 20 minutes.

I go downstairs and see a note on the table
'We left without you because Y'all are lazy and none of you were getting up, see you soon ~ Lauren & Zach'
I laughed and looked at the time. It was 12:00 wow we slept in.
I made some fresh orange juice, as I was pouring it into a glass the door rang and it was the piping hot pancakes that had just arrived

I paid the man and put the food on two plates then grabbed the orange juice and a cup of her favourite tea then headed up to Isabelle's room to bring her some breakfast in bed.

*knock knock*
"Who is it?" Her beautiful voice called
"It's meeeeee" I replied
"Come in" she replied with a smile that was revealed as I pushed open the door with my foot
"Breakfast in bed for the beautiful lady" I smiled
"Corbeannn your the best" she giggled "I love you"

Isabelle took her phone out and took a picture, I thought she was gonna post it on Instagram.
Five seconds later my phone vibrates.

I was right.
