Chapter 6

Lauren's Pov
I hear a knock at the door that kinda scared me out of my skin
"Come on mommm" I yell

"What if it's my mommm" I hear a voice reply that's odd, it's not familiar.

"Who is it then?" I said walking towards the door

"I'm Daniel" the voice replies as I open to door to reveal the most gorgeous man I have ever seen. He has ocean eyes that I could easily drown in, his luscious brown hair styled perfectly on top of his handsome face. And his lips, crafted by god held a small smile that sent shivers down my spine, his jaw line, utter perfection just like the rest of him.

"H-h-hi I'm Lauren....ummm why are you here?" I say still admiring every feature on this perfect face, failing to speak properly

"Well hey Lauren, I've heard a lot about you" he smiled with a light shade of rouge spreading across his cheeks making me do the same

"Thanks I think" I giggled "who from?"

"Ahh you see" he lent agains the door frame "that's why I'm here"

"What?" I said completely baffled "are you a stalker or something" I asked

"Hahaha no definitely not, but I am here to show you something" I turned round "come on"

"Wait" I said after I started to follow him "how long is his gonna be I have a show in 40 minuets"

"It won't take long, trust me you wanna see this" he smiled

"Umm..o-oh-okay" I said slipping on my hoodie on over my costume

We walked down the hall in a semi-awkward silence every so often glancing at each other and looking away immediately down to the floor.

We reached Olivia's dressing room "okay go in here" the blue-eyed boy instructed

"Is Olivia okay?" I said panicking

"She is fine. It's not about her" he assured me, hands on my shoulders "just go in"

I walked in and saw my mom sitting there with three other random guys who Daniel went to join. I walked over and hugged my mum
"Um hi guys im..." I was cut off mid sentence

"This is the amazing beautiful Lauren I've been telling you guys about"

"Zach?" I turned round "ZACH!!" I yelled going to hug him "your here!!" I started to cry "your actually here! I thought you were in la?!" I hugged him

"Well you see lozzy I was, but then I got told you had your first dance show, after all you've done for me do your really think I'd miss it? Huh?" He grinned his goofy grin "these here are the dudes I was telling you about, you've met Daniel" he smiled and waved at me "this is jack" he pointed to a kid with chocolate brown eyes and noodles on his head "this is Jonah" he pointed to the tallest guy whom also had brown hair but greenish blue eyes and was sipping some coffee as he waved at me "this is corbyn" he said as he pointed to the kid with brown eyes and bleach blond hair, who sort of resembled Jack Frost "these are the guys I was hanging in la with but they all came back with me to watch your show so we didn't have to cut it short" he smiled

"I'm so lucky to have the best brother in the world" I hugged him again as all the boys cooed

As I still had 25 minuets till the show we all went back to my dressing room and talked and got to know each other quite well they seem like really nice guys, and they are all good looking...what I'm just saying.

Jonah is the oldest and is a total mum friend but in such a good way, if that makes sense.
Jack is a skater boy dork; but also has a really sweet personality.
Corbyn is actually hilarious and smart, I found out he is the only one who isn't single. Jonah had just broken up with his girlfriend as has jack. Daniel is a surfer he was also on American idol, I knew I recognised him from somewhere.

Before I even knew it the show was starting and the boys and my mom had to go take their seats as we got ready to do the whole club dance.

The 90 minuet show passed in a heartbeat I loved every second of it.

It was today that I knew, this is what I want to do, this is where I want to be, this is where I belong. Entertaining people, being in front of an audience.

When we got back the boys all congratulated me on the dance again and again, and I didn't mind it one bit, not to seem big headed but it feels nice to be appreciated for all the hard work I've been putting in to make this work.

We got to know each other some more and I started to become quite close to these guys they all seem so amazing, I'm so glad Zach made some really amazing friends.
