Lauren's Pov
This week I've been working hard along with a very talented team of writers to produce my very own ep, I finally today am going to go record two of the songs on this ep and tomorrow two then Saturday the final one and add the finishing touches, this is going to be hard going but so so worth it.
The first song today that I'm recording is the song Jonah gave me, I owe him this whole thing he's really the best.
"Okay Lauren" David smiled "you ready?"
"As I'll ever be" I smiled stepping into the studio
It took about two hours to get this song properly recorded, it was sp rewarding, to hear my song playing back to me I wanted to cry I was proud of myself
"That was amazing, take five then we will record the other song for today" David smiled
"Thanks David" I smiled walking out to go grab a drink
The next song I was going to record was called Breathing, I wrote it back when I was still in school and it was really hard, just after Zach left to move to LA it was a difficult time and I wrote it while talking to Daniel and Jay and Ryan and it just made me feel so much better, I see why jonah did what he did with that song it really helps to just get everything out
I walked into Costa and got my iced tea and took a little walk round the park then headed back to the studio
"Ready?" David Asked
"So ready" I smiled
I walked in and just sang my heart out, I didn't stop like last time, I didn't feel like I had to, not to brag or try sound amazing, but to me I did it
"Some days, things just take way too much of my energy
I look up and the whole room's spinning

I can so overcomplicate, people tell me to medicate

I opened my eyes and saw David stood there in awe he started clapping and came in to the booth "Lauren that was absolutely amazing, I knew you were good and had potential but wow, when you sing your own song I can smell the passion in your voice, I can't wait to get this out there, your going to go big my friend"
"Thank you so so much David that really means a lot" I said unable to wipe the smile from my lips
"Your free to go home now if you want to, we've done all we have to for today" he smiled
"Awesome, I'll see you tomorrow" I said hugging him
"Bye Lauren"
"Bye"
I walked out of the studio still smiling all the way home
"Hey guysss" I yelled walking through the front door "I'm back"
"Your home early" Daniel said jogging down the stairs to come meet me
"Well ya girl killed it" I said flipping my hair
"I'm sure you did baby" he smiled kissing my forehead
"Lauren come up hereee" I headed Isabelle yell
"Cominggg"
"We're going to go out tonight, you wanna come with?" Amy smiled
"Um love to, where we going" I smiled sitting on Izzy's bed
"We're going to the zoo, they have a big thing on like some sort of festival thing" Isabelle replied
"Oooohhh sweet, girls night?" I asked
"Unless you wanna invite the boys" Amy shrugged
"We could?" Isabelle said
"Ooohh we could invite Eben too" I said wriggling my eyebrows
"Ooohh that's a good idea" Isabelle smiled
"Who's eben?" Amy Asked
"That guy you were checking out who came to the house yesterday" Isabelle said nudging Amy
She blushed "so that's his name" he laughed
"It is indeed" I said wriggling my eyebrows
"Let's do it, we'll get Jonah to invite Sammy too" I said "double...quadruple....quintuple...wait no what's six?" I laughed
"No idea" Amy and Isabelle said together
"Well whatever it is, we're going on a double dateeee ...times three" I laughed
"Heyyy! I'm not dating Eben" Amy wined
"Yet" me and izzy laughed
"Guysss" Amy laughed
We decided to go down to inform the boys of the plan and very conveniently Eben was sat on the couch with Daniel
"Oh hey boys, hey Eben" I smiled
"Hey Lauren" Eben replied
"We're going to the zoo festival later, y'all coming?" Isabelle said
"Love too" Jonah replied
"Invite Sammy too" I added
"Eben you coming?" Amy Asked earning a nudge from me and izzy
"I mean if you are" he said turning a little red
"Awesome, See you there" she smiled
All three of us ran upstairs to get ready and all we could hear was All the boys going 'oooohhh' to Eben
"Guys what do I wear?" Amy Asked "Wait shall we go to my apartment to get ready?"
"Oohh yes let's, lemme grab my clothes and makeup" Isabelle said
"Me too, oh wait let's pick Sammy up too" I said
"Yess okay let's do it" Amy smiled
"Okay let's go" I yelled "let's do thissss"
