Caramel Macchiato - Yoonmin {PAUSED}

Jimin's eyes wandered around the shop. He was currently in Seoul Appliances, looking for a present for Jin before his shift started for the day. The older's birthday was the next day, and Jimin had yet to get him a gift.

His eyes landed on a set of cooking tools. Perfect. The blond boy grabbed them, and brought them up to the counter.

The cashier smiled after checking Jimin out, and wished him a good day.

Jimin smiled back and thanked him, walking out with Jin's present clutched tightly in his hand.

Tying his apron on behind his back, Jimin turned around to observe the cafe.

It was peaceful inside the little shop, the only sounds hushed chatter and quiet music playing from the cafe's radio. As always, the calm smell of coffee and freshly made pastries permeated the air.

A warm feeling filled Jimin's chest. He walked behind the counter and stood with Jisung, the younger flashing him a smile as they waited for a new customer to arrive at the cafe.

Jimin's eyes caught a flash of white outside, and a smile grew on his face. The first snow of December had begun. That was sure to bring many people to the cafe, seeking the shelter and warmth provided within. 

Jimin's prediction about the weather came true, and many people visited the cafe. Each one Jimin greeted with a smile, ready to take their order.

Currently, Jimin was busy wiping down the counter when the bell on the door rang, signaling that yet another customer had come in.

He moved to the front of the counter and when he looked up, his breath caught. It was still snowing lightly outside, and the boy that had just walked in had a light dusting of it in his blue hair. His dark blue eyes shone from under his bangs and his cheeks were flushed pink from the cold. Jimin thought it was beautiful.
Yoongi, Jimin thought.

For the past 2 weeks, Yoongi had come in each day, much to Jimin's delight, and by now Jimin knew exactly what Yoongi would order. It was always the same. A caramel macchiato.

Realizing he was staring, Jimin shook himself and turned to grab a cup for Yoongi's drink. A voice sounded behind him.

"One caramel macchiato please," Yoongi said softly.

"Already on the way," Jimin flashed a smile at the other.

Eyes widening in only slight surprise, Yoongi chuckled and said "thank you," before going to sit down. 

Jimin thought deeply as he made the coffee. Over the past 2 weeks, the two had became friends on a first name basis, but still, neither knew much about the other. Jimin was happy he was closer to the older male, but he ached to become better friends. There was something about Yoongi that made him want to know more about the other. 

Sighing, Jimin topped off the coffee with a sprinkling of cinnamon dust as his own little treat for Yoongi, and then took it over to the soft spoken male.

"Here you are Yoongi," Jimin said, setting it down next to the other.

Flashing him a quick smile, the blue-haired boy thanked him.

Jimin smiled back and went back to the counter, watching the other.

"You look like a lovesick puppy," a voice sounded behind him, making Jimin jump.

Whirling around, the blond's eyes were met with Jisung, who was laughing.

"You like him?"

Jisung questioned, nodding his head towards Yoongi.

Jimin blushed and shook his head quickly.

"N-no, I hardly know him. He's just a friend, an acquaintance."

Jisung hummed , listening to Jimin.

"Well, then, maybe you should get to know him more. Sure seems like you want to."

Nodding sheepishly, Jimin answered him quietly.

"I do."

A hand was placed on his back as Jisung started to push the older male towards Yoongi.

"Go talk to him then, I've got everything covered up here."

Shaking his head with widening eyes, Jimin tried to turn away, which only resulting in Jisung pushing him harder.

"Just go say hi," the younger said exasperatedly.

Jimin looked at Jisung before biting his lip. Finally he gave in as he walked slowly over to Yoongi.
