Chapter 39

         I'm sitting in the shack by the lake tied up to a bed.  I'm nervous, breathing heavily. Hayley is walking around getting things to god knows what with me. I keep my eyes following her. There is a guy here with her but I have never seen him before a day in my life.  I'm just trying to not go in shock and freak my son out.  I'm waiting and waiting know Klaus to finally arrive.  It's been hours.  I'm afraid he won't show up now. 

      Hayley walks over to me with a needle.  I move a little trying to get away but it's no use.  I'm unable to move.  "What are you doing to me? What is that? " I ask her in a panicked voice.

            "It's to induce labor. Your far along enough to where I can induce you. " she tells me as she taps the needle and then proceeded to stick in my arm.  I let out a loud scream.  This can't be happening.  I need my baby.  This bitch is about to take J away from me.  I never would do this to her and hope.  It's not my fault Klaus took hope from her and put a cloaking spell on her that only Hayley can't see.  I always wanted to get along with Hayley.  She hated me from the jump. She never wanted to like me.  She never wanted hope to like me.  This is absolutely insane.

        After a few hours o was in excruciating pain.  I couldn't handle it.  The cramps came and went but got stronger and stronger as they became more frequent. "Can you at least give me some pain meds?" I spit threw my teeth in between contractions.

           "I'm enjoying this alot. Seeing you in pain. Screaming and vegging for help. " Hayley says evily and with a nasty smirk on her face. 

         "If your going to do it,  just do it already.  Kill me." I yelled angry.

         "I love the torment though.  It's the best part of the kill. " she tells me as she chuckles a little bit.

        "Klaus will kill you. " I say.

        "Darling,  once you and your demon child are dead I'm not worried about Klaus. You see I want to be with him again.  Not like we had much of a thing other than sex.  But I really really want to give it another go.  Try and make things work with the father of my child. You and your baby are just in the way of that now. " she admits to me.

       "So that's why you are doing all of this? To get Klaus to love you? I believe this will only make him hate you more than he already does. " I spat at her.

         She chuckles at me as she makes her way over to the table with all the tools she has to preform this birth. She picks something up and begins to play around with it. She turns around and looks at me with another evil look know her face. "It's time. "

       She walks over to me and outs a blanket over my legs and lifts them up.  She uses chains to tie them up so that she can deliver my baby.  I look at her worried. For the first time I was only hoping she would see me as a mother and not do anything to take a child away from their mom or even kill the both of us.

           "Hayley!" I hear Klaus' voice yell from outside the shack. I have never been more happy to hear her name or his voice in my entire life. 

            "he can't get in.  Boundary spell. " she says as she looks up at me.  Great,  just what I needed.  I didn't know Hayley had a witch on her side as well.  "Now push. "

           I push as she says. I can feel that it is time to push. I can't hold if off any longer. It's inevitable at this point. After maybe an hour of excruciating pain.  My little Noah was born into this world. The look on Klaus' face at the door melted my heart.  His face was soft.  "Can I please hold him?" I ask Hayley.  She looked up at me and she nodded.  She handed him to me.  Having him know my arms was the best feeling ever. I felt complete and whole. 

        Just then,  Hayley shot me.  The first one I only felt in the back of my shoulder. Second knew was to my head and as I died I heard Klaus yelling "NO!!!"
