AN: I'll update this to help you have a better idea on how the story is coming together and what the story will likely end up being by its end. Feel free to give me your ideas I'll credit you for your suggestion should I use it. Once something on this list is done your see this an X. That means it's been done in the story at some point or will be done in the next chapter. I will try to list everything in order but if I feel that doing something sooner is better I'll move it up the list. But overall if somethings a lower number it's sooner in the story.
AN2: This story is being reworked. So only read chapters with V2 as that is the story now. V1 chapters are no longer being updated. I just didn't want to remove them. You can read them but outside of being something to look they will no longer be edited or updated.

Version 1 Story.

1-Danzo will have his body restored to his prime. X
Old Danzo is around High ANBU level (Low Kage level).
Prime Danzo would be High Kage-Low Demigod.
2-The Hokage after Danzo is Shikaku Nara making him the 6th. X
3-Naruto/Naruko will return to the Hidden Leaf around age 12-13 or around the age of the Genin test in the show. X
4-Evil Naruto is born and works on driving Naruto mad so he'll undo the seal. X
(He'll be what Naruto faces at the waterfall).
5-Naruto meets the fox in the Chunin exams. X
6-The fox helps in fighting Danzo and ending the invasion.
7-Naruto finds out he was to be the 6th Hokage.
8-The Invasion happens at the end of the Chunin exams. Danzo takes part.
9-Naruto/Naruko will be promoted to Chunin rank.
10-Naruto will enter ANBU sometime after gaining Chunin rank. Naruko will train under Tsunade along Sakura and Ino. Naruko will be the best of the three.
11-Ino is kidnapped. ANBU Fox (Naruto) and his ANBU team are sent to rescue her. This officially begins their relationship.
12-Danzo kills Orochimaru becoming the second Kage to the Hidden Sound.
13-Shikaku Nara announces that Naruto will be the next Hokage.
14-Naruto will be shown the whole ANBU force (2,000+ ninja) after being announced as the 7th Hokage. Starts Hokage training under Shikaku Nara.
15-The 4th great ninja world war begins. (This may be around the time I kill Naruko off)
Let me know how you feel about this idea. Should I kill her off? If I do it's Danzo who kills her.
16-The war ends with Danzo Vs Naruto.
17- Naruto returns home after killing Danzo and rules the village until he dies of old age.
18-Some time after Naruto's passing the swearing-in of the 10th Hokage.
