An Ode To Life

Amidst the world she stood,
In her armor made up of hopes and reveries.
Like a knight she was,
In the shadows of despicable and broken dreams.
As she glanced over the skies to look for the haunted lies.
Witnessed a thousand one.
Life is what she quite perceived as the most unfair one,
Filled with irony.
Simpler things in life tend to tell more than we are able to.
Greenery all around,
A path ahead,
The clouds weeping,
Presence of infrastructure,
Beholding the human era.
Yet,
A person with the most luxurious pleasures possible,
While sitting in a car,
Gets envied by the real smile of a pauper's kid,
As he held the sunflower out in the cart.
And it couldn't be more but an exhilarating charm.
