Chapter Twenty Eight ~ The Four Beast Appear

Today i got a letter in the mail 'Ao-chan i'm headed back to Gourmet World, i honestly don't believe i'll be coming back so i leave the IGO in your hands, love you - papa' it read, i sweatdropped a bit after reading it "You could of told me that to my face"i muttered, besides running IGO would be too much of a hassle so i let the former Vice President take control of most of the functions at IGO and deal with paper work but i'd still be the highest authority.

Anyway after settling all that i was debating on entering the Cooking Fest i didn't enter last year so some tengu was able to steal the number three spot from me, to be honest i didn't care about the rankings the only reason i was thinking about entering was cause i liked the competition though i'm certain the Gourmet Corp will launch an attack and gather as many chefs as possible.

Well i'll think about it later, it is just a month away which is plenty of time to think about it, anyway right now i have a feeling something extremely strong and dangerous might be emerging sooner then that it's just a hunch so i'm not too worried.

Oh also i completed the curry i had in mind for a main dish, it came out even better then i hoped, with just the right spiciness with a kick, anyway Zebra returned from his Food Honor training , i had doubts he could learn it but when he came back i knew i was correct in my assumption, it wasn't that he didn't master it he just didn't care for it, i think that's all four of them now and they cleared it faster then i did, well i wasn't really in any hurry and the teachings of Food Honor and Food Immersion really fascinated me so i took my time in mastering both.

Today Toriko, Coco, Sunny, Zebra and i had gathered at a restaurant waiting for a certain thing to emerge, this creature originally from the Gourmet World only woke up during the eclipse signaling the return of GOD, to be honest none of us were really worried over this thing just enjoying a meal together, i was enjoying it too especially since i wasn't the one cooking for these gluttons, namely Zebra and Toriko, i don't mind cooking for just Zebra but cooking for him and Toriko would be enough to exhaust even me.

"Oi Zebra leave some Tray King special gyoza for me too"Toriko said but Zebra was totally ignoring him and gulping down everything "Now now Toriko there's plenty for both of you, besides if you had you're eye on it you should of eaten it right away"I said munching on food "I agree, i always eat my favorite first"Sunny said "I don't think that entirely accurate i eat my favorite last"Coco said.

"Well it doesn't matter in which order you eat it or whether you like it or not you just give thanks while enjoying food"Toriko said and i rolled my eyes a bit, geez we get it you mastered Food Honor, i did it before any of you and i don't lecture about it nearly as much as this guy who just recently learned it, i thought while eating.

"Still though for the final training ingredient to be the same for all of us"Sunny said "It wasn't for me, i finished up my training by beating the old man it took days but i did it"i said "Well in any case they're coming to us that saves some time looking for them"Zebra said, i nodded and ate the steamed dumplings "Ao! I had my eye on those! How dare you eat them?!?!?"Toriko yelled.

"First come first served"i said "Oh come on this is just like with the Jewel Meat why can you ever share?!"Toriko asked "I did share, i share with Zebra all the time"i said pointing over to Zebra who was still munching on the dumplings i shared with him "What?! How?! When?! Just how fast are you?!"Toriko yelled.

"Well unlike you four i wasn't in any hurry to finish my Food Honor training so i had plenty of time to make everything they taught as natural as breathing, although i was a natural at it to begin with"i said "Man that just so"Toriko couldn't find the words as he was just that angry, then the owner chef of this restaurant chef Yuda also known as one millimeter Yuda, not that he was short or anything he just had that much attention to detail, pointless if you ask me but that's his style.

Anyway chef Yuda served more food and Zebra devoured it in an instant, i giggled a bit as him and Toriko got into a fight "I'm sorry, i know it's not easy too keep up with Zebra's appetite but the food is great so thank you for the effort"i said turning to Yuda "You are very kid miss, thank you"chef Yuda said bowing in thanks, i smiled "Oi you're not getting cocky are ya?!"Zebra asked threatening the chef "Zebra please don't threaten the chef"i said sweatdropping a bit.

Anyway after that Komatsu and Rin showed up, Komatsu had successfully cooked the Bubble Fruits Toriko and the others had captured it had taken him a week to do it but he had done it, i would of done it in less then a day even with this many Bubble Fruits, Komatsu still had a long way to go, anyway the Bubble Fruits were served and we all ate them.

After that Rin showed a video of papa talking about the four beast that were entering the Human World ready to devour every last human being, to be honest i didn't see a little cut to the human population as such a bad thing maybe cause i'm a sociopath or cause i simply don't care for people either way i wasn't going to hunt the four beast no i was to prepare for the main feast that should appear at the center.

Zebra closed the laptop just papa was gonna go into that little detail "Enough useless talk let's head out, look your partners are here to pick you up"he said, i mentally sighed a bit and smiled well if the others hear the rest or not doesn't matter i know what i have to do, since Shiro came flying in as well "I don't get it there's only four beast so where exactly are you going Ao?"Toriko asked seeing Shiro, he is kinda hard to miss with that white color and his massive size.

"I'm headed off to the center, in case any of you lose i'm there to pick up the slack"i said using a little white lie since they didn't listen to the video till the end they wouldn't know a fifth beast would show up if they beat the other four, anyway turning to Zebra i tackled him kissing him, Zebra caught himself and turned the tables by dipping me, it turned into a small make out session but i pulled back before it went too far.

"Later then!"i smiled waving them off and hoping on Shiro before flying to the center where everyone had evacuated as the other four headed towards one of the four beast, i knew Zebra would probably finish first cause the other like to take their time and show off, not that i'm much different in that area but i usually do it to save energy and to show off besides that i believed the others would finish their beast too it was just a question of time.
