"Kol. You should have never done that," I said.

"Silas is no one to mess with. Do you not remember the stories witches all around have told us?"

"I know but it's not nice."

"Darling, I'm not nice...only for you. Anyway, if I don't stop them we are all doomed." He walked towards me and put his hands on my waist.

"Just be safe. I have a bad feeling. And I know they will do anything to protect anyone in their little gang."

"I promise I will be safe. Tonight once everything is over we can leave. We can get married again, find our kids again and maybe go to New York, I remember how much you loved it there."

"The parties, the sex, the booze, the blood, and you...although we have sex wherever we go, it just was especially fun and good there." I giggled then kissed him.

He smiled then said, "Now we can make new memories in a new century."

"Alright, I'll go. Just promise to come back to me," I asked. They ain't people to mess with. I have a really bad feeling and I'm worried about him.

"I promise my love. I'll come back. I always have and always will. Always and Forever remember?" He asked holding my chin to look him in the eyes.

"Always and Forever." I pecked him on the lips and smiled moving my head slightly in his hands closing my eyes. He slipped his hand into my jacket pocket placing something in. I went to look but he caught my hand.

"Don't look yet. After whatever happens tonight then you can." He smiled at me and I nodded removing my hand from my pocket.

"Alright."

"See ya later, darling." I felt him kiss my forehead before with and blew past me.

I opened my eyes looking at where he last stood, "See ya later, dimples." I looked at my pocket and padded it. I wonder what it is.

I packed all day. I pushed aside the bad feeling, I didn't want to think about it. It made my stomach turn. I didn't look in my pocket for what I now know was paper but the curiosity still killed me.

I had all my clothes packed and got a few things I picked up from here. I had the few pictures of me and Kol zipped in my backpack and I just sat back talking to my kids.

"Aleah, how would you like to Come with me and your father - may be your brother if he says yes - to come to New York. It has good memories and your father and I wanted to get away from this family again when he is done with this Silas business."

"That sounds like fun. Of course, I would love to mommy."

"Where are you now?"

"I'm in a club in California. L.A. I think it is. It is a party down here. I even met these people called vloggers who have funny videos." She started laughing, "There is this one person, Shane Dawson and he is literally queen. He is only here for a little though. His boyfriend Ryland is also a vlogger and them together is goals. Earlier when I was with them-"

"Ok, half of what you said I don't even understand. Tell me about it tomorrow. I have to call your brother and ask him still."

"Oh, ok. I'll have more stories for you guys anyway. I'm sure dad will understand." I rolled my eyes.

"That's funny. You're funny you know that" I said unamused.

"I know right? Anyway, go call Jonathan and let me know what he says."
