The Epilogue

"This is all your fault, I'm going to kill you both....ahhhhhhhh" I screamed then panted as the contraction hit me again.
Xav gently wiped my forehead and smiled down at me "I'm sorry baby, and I promise once we are home we will make it up to you" he grinned at his brother.
"Too right you will" I panted, tightening my grip on Theo's hand "I'm trying to push a watermelon through my hoo hah and it hurts...ahhhhhh"
The doctor and midwife came in and checked me, smiling at my husbands "are you feeling the need to push?"
"Yesss" I panted riding the next contraction.
"Okay, it all looks good, so on the next contraction, just push down with it and we will be ready to welcome your baby" she instructed smiling again.
I scowled at her happy face, my pregnancy had been a surprise but not unexpected as my husbands seemed to want to be inside me all the time. but we were happy and I thought ready, but now nearing hour 8 of labour I was running out of steam, I wanted this baby out of me now.
I felt the contraction build and Xav and Theo each held one of my hands as I pushed "ahhhhhhhhhhhh..."
The pressure built then eased as our son was born, his cries filling the room as the nurses and doctors checked him over before wrapping him and placing him on my chest.
I felt the overwhelming rush of love and looked from my son into his fathers eyes "our boy" I whispered in awe.
"He's perfect baby, I love you so much" Theo had tears in his eyes as he kissed me then his sons forehead.
"Oh love, he's...." Xav choked up "I love you" he growled kissing me hard before gently kissing his sons forehead.
I smiled down at our baby "hello baby Kristian, these are your daddies and I'm your mommy"
