Chapter Sixteen

Miley's Pov:

The girls and I were in the kitchen getting snacks ready for our slumber party. I was popping popcorn while Paige and Sasha got the candy ready and Alexa was ordering pizza.

"Yeah hi I need two large pizzas, one with sausage and extra cheese and the other with pepperoni and extra cheese," Alexa said into her phone. She covered it with her hand. "Anything else besides pizza?" she asked us.

"Cheesy garlic bread please," I said, "Mia wants it." Paige and Sasha both laughed at that. "Mia wants it? More like Miley wants it," Sasha teased me. "Hey I'm eating for two. I'm entitled to it," I said as I poured a pot of melted salted butter over the popcorn.

Just then we heard a knock on the front door and Roman's footsteps as he came down to answer it. He was wearing a black button down shirt and dark jeans.His hair was in a low ponytail. I whistled at him as he went by. "Hot damn Roman!" I called.

Roman turned and blew me a kiss then opened the door. Seth and Dean stood there. "Bro! Ready to party?" Seth bellowed as he and Roman fist bumped. Seth was wearing a red button down with black jeans and his hair was down. Paige kept staring at him. "Paige wipe your chin you're drooling," Sasha whispered to her and she broke off the state.

Dean wore a white button down and blue jeans. His hair was spiked up by hair gel. "Looking hot Deanie," Alexa said winking at him. Deans face turned beetred. "Uh, thanks Alexa," he said running a hand through his hair making it even more spiked.

"You ready Ro?" Seth asked smiling at Paige. She ducked her head a pink tinge coloring her cheeks. "Yeah let me say goodbye to my girls," Roman said and pulled me into the hallway out of their sight. Although they all knew that Roman and I were together, he still likes saying goodbye to me in private.

Roman pulled me to him then brushed hair out of my eyes. "Behave yourself tonight," he said with a wink. "Look who's talking. You're the one who needs to be careful," I said. "Don't worry. No other girl will get close enough to try anything," Roman said tipping my face up and pressing a long sweet kiss to my lips. I kissed him back.

"Come on Ro!" we heard Dean call and we broke apart. "I could just----," Roman began. "Yeah I know but if you kill him Alexa wouldn't have a prom date,"I said. "True. Ok I'm gonna go. I love you baby," he said then leaned down to my bump. He lifted my shirt and kissed it. "Be a good girl for Mommy Mia,"he said and she kicked.

"Shes a Daddy's girl already," I said following him to the door with Seth and Dean. "Don't worry Miley he's in good hands," Seth said as they walked out. I watched them climb into Seth's truck and I waved til they were out of sight.

"I miss him already," I said as the pizza guy drove up. His eyes locked onto my chest as he brought our order to the door. "That'll be 21.25 sexy," he said with a wink. Alexa shoved 25 into his hand and steered me away snapping, "She's taken now scram!"

The guy flipped her off then drove off. "Thanks," I said as we went inside. "No problem. Us girls promised Roman we'd keep an eye on you and not let any other guys near you," Alexa said.

We set the pizza and bread on the coffee table then went to the kitchen to help Paige and Sasha with everything else. We settled into our sleeping bags and I turned on Child's Play 2 for us to watch. Of course I wasn't paying much attention to it because I was thinking about Roman.

"She's got a 'I'm missing Roman' look in her eye," Paige whispered to Sasha. "I heard that," I said picking at my pizza, "and you're right I do miss him." Alexa looked at us. "Let's go crash the guys' night out. They'll love to see us and I'm sure Roman's missing Miley by now," she said.

Roman's Pov:

I sat at the table peeling the label off of the bottle of beer in front of me. Seth and Dean were having a great time while all I could do was think about Miley and Mia.

"Roman what's wrong?" Dean asked as he set down shots in front of me and Seth. "Nothing D," I said grabbing my shot. "He's missing Miley," Seth said giving me a look. I didn't say anything.

"Oh," was all Dean said. The three of us tossed down our shots and I grabbed my phone and texted Miley. (Text conversation follows. R-Roman M-Miley) R:Hey sexy M: Hey baby!!! You having fun? R: No. You're not here. M: Awe baby. I'm missing you too so much!! Alexa wanted to crash your guys' night out.

I smiled. I pictured Miley and the girls at the house. Man I wished I was there with her. R: Well me and the guys could call it a night and come join you......if you want us to. M: That would be great! Alexa and Paige are missing Dean and Seth and Sasha had to leave....she got sick. R: Well then I will let you go and we'll see you all soon. ❤️❤️❤️ I looked up at the guys. "Come on boys we're heading back to the house. We've been invited to the sleepover."

Seth paid our tab and we left the bar and headed back to the house. Let's just say everyone got to know each other a little bit better over night. As for me and Miley, well we finally got the chance to sleep in the same bed for once. And that was the best night's sleep I'd had in a very long time.
