We're here to unearth undiscovered writers on Wattpad. By undiscovered, we mean writers that are: •not Wattpad featured writers, •not in the Wattys longlist, shortlist, or the Wattys winner, •not authors that have more than 100k reads.
Yes, writers. Not books. Even if the book you write is new—not the discovered book—you're still ineligible to join this contest. Why? You understand the reason yourself. XD
We are simply here to search for undiscovered, talented writers in the sea of discovered talents. And of course, to help to recognize their works.
This contest has very simple mechanics. There will be five rounds. Each round, some books may be eliminated. We are here for talent. If your book is good enough to pass through each round, we'll bring you forward.
Preliminary: Title, Cover, Blurb, and a peek at your first chapter's first paragraph. Round 1: 1st chapter (prologue will be counted as a chapter if it has more than 1000 words) Round 2: 2nd and 3rd chapter Round 3: 4th and 5th chapter Final round: 6th-10th chapter.
The books in Round 3 will go into finals and the top 3 winners will be announced. We'll read up to the 10th chapter for the final round.
1. Accepting English books only.
2. Don't be rude to the crew or fellow contestants.
3. Follow concinnitycircle and add this book to your library and public list. You don't have to follow any of the crews/judges, though we'll appreciate the gesture (no, this is not gonna favor anyone XD).
4. All books must adhere to Wattpad content guidelines.
5. You can enter more than 1 book but in different genres.
6. Books entered must have at least 10 chapters. Prologue counts as a chapter only if it has more than 1000 words. This does not apply to Short Story and Poetry.
7. Now let's play a game. When you send in the form, peek at the form before you. Find the password there. The password will be any word starting with the last letter in their password. If you're the first person to send in the form, put in any word you can think of as the password. Got it? XD

Some people get it wrong all the time and it's getting tiring to correct them to be honest. It's such a simple instruction.
