A Violins Song

~ Chapter Two~ Song of the Caged Bird

The Lunch bell rings and Lucy walks into her band class. Heads turn her way and whispers fill the band room, not like she cared. To put it frankly, she just doesn't give a damn. She knew why they were making up rumors about her is because the didn't like her, and that was their own problem, not hers. So she just ignored the mean whispers. She is good at dodging these things. If the whispers were knives, she would be fucking bad ass. She situated her self between on the end of the row where the violin section was and moved her chair and stand farther away from the rest of the section. She felt that it gave her more freedom this way, to not be confined by other people around her. Hence, making it better for her to play. The band class was just about to start when a pink haired boy bursts into class.

"I'm sorry I was late." He said and flashed a toothy grin over to all the girls.

Meet Natsu Dragoneel: Pink hair, onyx eyes and sexy body get all the ladies wanting to date him. Pink hair. I know, it sounds unatural, but it is the colour of hair he was born with. Crazy, right?!?! Any ways, Natsu Dragoneel, a.k.a Player, jock, handsome, dense, baka and many other names. As you can tell, he is that typical jock who thinks he's all that and a bag of chips. And not nay chips, salt and vinagar chips. He's that fancy. His friends include, Gray, Loke, Elfman, Sting, Rouge, Jellal, and Gajeel. With those set of people they make up the most popular guys in the school. Known for being complete heart throbs and players. Natsu has a younger sister named Wendy, but we'll go into that later. Natsu got into this school for his mad DJ skills, and grades, surprisingly. 

Back to the story!

All the girls then began to squeal in delight of being noticed by the one and only Natsu Dragoneel. Lucy cringed.'Shut the fuck up.' Lucy thought. 'Why in the world does he have to be here. He usually skips.' She looks over to him. He sits there with his guitar on his laps, tuning it while flirting with every girl in sight. Lucy groans and focusing again on re-tuning her violin. 

'Alight class!" Says Mr. Lambino. (( I have no clue who Mr. Lambino is. Just work with me hear.)) A.k.a Mr. La. "For today I'm going to be giving you a free period to practice. I understand if some of you can't practic at home, so you can practice here any time. So get to it!" And with that said, every one went to go find their friends and practice with them. Unlike any other school, FairyTail Academy takes music very seriously. Lucy's goes off and sits in the conner of the room and starts to play The song of the caged bird. ((Go and check it out. It's by Lindsey Stirling. Do it now.)) She hit every note perfectly. Over the noise of the band room, you could barley hear her. But that's just the way she liked it. When ever Lucy plays in public or out loud by her self she always freezes up and ruins the whole song. She doesn't know why, but she thinks that if only she can hear her own music, then no one else can have it and take that away from her, unlike many other things in her life. Little does she know, a certain pinkette is listening to her play.

Time skip! Next class. Music.

Unlike band class, music class is all about music theroy, note reading, projects and musical performances. Every year, the music class puts on a talent show to display all the talent of the school of to universities and scholarship programs. The winner of the talent show gets the scholarship given by the school and others are scouted out by talent scouts. usually singers and dancers are given the scholarship, but Lucy wants to change that. That's why this is her serious class. Lucy takes a seat at the back of the class and puts her bag down beside her. The teacher begins the lesson about Mozart. Lucy didn't really pay attention. She already knew every thing about him. So she just looked out of the window. She stared at the other class room that she could see right across her. In the window, she could see the pink haired boy that was in her band class, sitting by the window across from her. He smiled and began to write something down on a piece of paper. He held it up to the window. It said, Hi !  She giggled and wrote a note back that said, Hey ! This time she could see that he was laughing. Then it turned to a full conversation.
