- Cameras flashed dully from outside your limo, and the sound of cheering was muffled by the thick tinted windows. You took a few deep breaths to compose yourself, before tapping on the glass twice.
- Your chauffer opened the door immediately, and you stepped out onto the wide red carpet. This was a very important award show, and you had been working your ass off to try and win 'Solo Artist of the Year'.
- Being one of the most popular singers in Korea, girls started screaming the second you left the car. You walked casually down the red carpet, giving them your signature 'V' pose and calm expression, which just made them scream louder.
- You were in your first of three outfits, your company was obsessed with having their idols go through several outfit changes, and you were also debuting a new dark hairstyle they made you get.
- Honestly, you preferred it to the blonde you had for the past two years, you thought you looked more striking this way. You continued to walk slowly and then turned the corner onto the photo area.
- Tons of cameras started flashing in your direction instantly, but you just looked at them coolly from under your lashes. Everyone loved your princely persona, and you would give the people what they wanted.
- The sound of loud, unpleasantly familiar laughed from a few yards back made your jaw clench before you could stop it. You quickly lowered your eyelids a bit and did a half-smirk at the cameras to disguise your irritation.
- You tried to start walking again, but the photographers shouted for you to stay. You knew it would be too soon to leave, and if you went anyway, the fangirls would notice and tweet about it. They noticed everything!
- The laugh came again, it was so distinct that you could clearly hear it through the cheering, and half of the crowd began shouting, "Jin! Jin!"
- You didn't turn your head, but out of the corner of your eye, you saw him walk around the corner into the photo area, blowing kisses to all the screaming girls as he went.
- Jin was the other most popular singer in Korea, your biggest competition, and was also nominated for the award that you so desperately wanted to win. The two of you had hated each other since you were trainees, but you had to play nice for the sake of the cameras.
- "Taehyungie!" he exclaimed, and you inclined your head in his direction, giving him a half smile as he strolled over and wrapped his arms around your shoulders. He was older than you, so you had to act like you respected him, but you couldn't think of a person you respected less.
- You looked back at the cameras and did your 'V' pose. But to your disgust, Jin hugged you tighter and did a little foot-pop as he smiled brightly for the paparazzi. He probably just wanted a picture with you to boost his popularity anyway.
- "V Oppa! You're such a prince!" one fan shouted, and then another chimed in, "Yeah! V Oppa, kiss princess Jinnie on the cheek!" To your annoyance, everyone including the photographers picked up on it, and repeated the request.
- You tried to ignore them, but Jin wrapped his arms even tighter so they were around your neck, and he gave you a brilliant smile as he batted his eyelashes at you.
- Deciding to just get it over with, you put one arm around his waist and barely brushed your lips against his cheek. Everyone started shrieking again, and Jin giggled and didn't let you go, pulling you into a real hug instead.
- "You're going to lose," he said in a sing-song voice, still giggling a little and talking directly into your ear so nobody could tell what he was saying.
- You still had your arm around his waist, and gave him a little squeeze before replying, "Do me a favor, and go walk off a bridge," before letting him go, winking at the cameras, and moving away down the red carpet towards the entrance to the building.

FanfictionI hope you all enjoy this weird spin on Taejin. I'm sure someone has probably done a concept like it before, but I did love writing it.
