- You and Hobi had both been made to change into something a little more casual for this show, apparently the theme was street fashion. Jin luckily hadn't met you on the red carpet this time, and you had made it inside pretty quickly.
- Hobi was talking animatedly to some actress that you didn't know who was sitting next to him, and her high-pitched laughter was getting on your nerves. You were scrolling through twitter and trying to ignore her, when you nearly dropped your phone from surprise.
- You had been scrolling so fast that you almost missed the picture of what was very obviously your car. Dark purple chrome hubcaps on a G-wagon were rare. You scrolled back up to the photo as fast as you could and enlarged it.
- Jin's face was unmistakable in the back-passenger window, even with a face mask on and his hood up. Why the fuck would he roll the window down?! You had police grade window tinting! Nobody would have seen him!
- You clicked out of the photo and read the tweet it was attached to. It had about 50,000 retweets, you and Jin were both tagged, and it read, 'I saw Jinnie leaving V's apartment this morning in his car! Someone's in trouble, Namjoonie is gunna be so mad!'
- Suppressing your very strong desire to destroy the entire concept of the internet, you forwarded the tweet to Jin and texted him, 'we're fucked.'
- Just as you locked your phone and put it in your pocket, you caught a glimpse of him and RM on the opposite side of the runway. They had both changed, and Jin clearly hadn't seen the picture yet. He looked too cheerful.
- You were staring at him, willing him to notice you, when he suddenly looked down. Maybe his phone had gone off. RM wasn't paying attention luckily, because Jin's expression switched from carefree to shocked, and then to blank in about 2.5 seconds.
- You turned your head away and stretched your hands over your head, still trying to get Jin to see you across the room, but when you looked back, he was still staring at what must be his phone.
- The sudden vibration in your pocket nearly gave you a heart attack, and you pulled your phone out to see that he had replied, 'well damn J'
- 'don't send me smiley faces, I'm looking at your real face and it's not smiling' you texted back, and held your phone in your lap.
- Jin looked up, and you watched his eyes flick all over the large room before finally meeting yours. He winked at you and looked away again, just as the lights dimmed and the show began.

Red Carpet, a Taejin FF
FanfictionI hope you all enjoy this weird spin on Taejin. I'm sure someone has probably done a concept like it before, but I did love writing it.
