“Sana hindi na matapos tong araw na to” Sarah exclaimed as she continues to gaze at the night sky, watching the stars twinkle above them.

It was already past 12, and both just can’t get enough of each other. They have been fooling around, taunting... mocking each other with their stares, their smiles… their nonstop kisses. Their game of seducing went on and on…

“Ceasefire” Gerald chuckled playing with her hair, her head resting on his lap. “Lugi ako. Teritoryo mo to eh…” he continued. Sarah giggled and reached his cheek “Ceasefire?” she asked and slowly rose, making their faces inches apart. She looked at his eyes lovingly and licked her lip. She gently pulled him closer.

He closed his eyes and waited…

And waited…

“Hahahahaha” Sarah burst in laughter “Ok. Ceasefire” says she, and brought her head back to his lap. Gerald smirked at her and sighed “You’re asking for trouble miss. Wait till I get back on you…” he threatened and continued to play with her hair.

“Sana lagi na lang tayong ganito no?” she asked out of nowhere. “Kung pwede lang pahintuin ang oras… ginawa ko na.” she continued.

Gerald was staring at her, thinking how lucky he is to find her… to have her in his life. “Yung pen?” he asked. Sarah sat straight, reached for her back pocket and gave it to him.

“Ano nanaman gagawin mo?”

Gerald took off the cap and held her left hand higher “Pahihintuin ang oras” he said and started to draw on her wrist.

Sarah laughed when she saw a watch drawn. “Rolex pa talaga?” she asked and took the marker from him and started to draw on his wrist too.

“Couple watch, para match!” She told him when she finished. She then placed the pen on their side “Look closely” she added. Gerald held his left arm up to his face to see clearer. He saw the longer hand pointing at 11 and the short hand pointing upward; it didn’t read 12 but rather, had the word “4ever” on it.

Gerald turned to her, flashing his most genuine smile… a smile that touches her heart.
