“How could you…”

Sarah placed the phone down on top of the bed. She has just finished going through his lists of calls and messages.

“You promised me you’d never see her again…” she softly said without looking at him “You never mentioned her calling you at 10 in the morning… at 5 in the afternoon or even at 12 in the midnight” she turned to him, pain evident in her eyes.

“You didn’t tell me she’d text you asking for help…”

“You didn’t tell me how she’d thank you for fetching her from the bar…”

And then she stood up “how long?” she asked fighting the tears that were threatening to fall “How long were you planning to hide this from me?” she asked pained “How long were you planning to LIE from me?”

“Sarah…” he mumbled approaching her. He tried to hold her hand but she was quick to pull away

“Why?” she asked broken “Why would you do this to me?”

“Dahil nasaktan kita?”

“Dahil hindi mo nakuha yung sagot na gusto mo?”

“Ge, oras lang ang hiningi ko!”

He wrapped his arms around her, but she forcefully wiggled herself out of his hold.

“Bumabawi ka ba? Ayan!” she threw her hand at the air “You win! Ang sakit…” she helplessly cried. She felt betrayed… stupid… and lied to. Thoughts of him and Bea wreaked her mind…

What if she seduced him…
