Hey guys!Here comes our last super underrated OC,Josuke!

Josuke's POV

Seeing the rest fuss on about the war,I couldn't just do nothing about it.Pulling Shinichi to a side,I offered to help him find men.Afterall,in order to fight this war,manpower is a must have.And with my role,I definitely know better than anyone where to find men for hire.Without a doubt,my loyal men would be willing to fight this war alongside me,but we need more than these little men.Based on Shinichi's description,they might have up to thousands of men,thats how huge and widespreaded their organisation is.Not only do we have to outsmart them,outnumbering them is an impossible but needed task.

Kaito introduced me to is top man,Storm,who was willing to help me out to find men as well.If I needed to find men that were effective and efficient,as well as experienced,the next best option we have is the triads.Not just us the Neon Dragons,but many other traids I know of have had feuds with the Black Organisation.Lets just say so many of us were forced to bear with their abuse and given the chance,we would make them grovel and pay for all they have done to us and our men.With Storm,I called up Itsuki-kun,one of the greatest triad members and a great leader and requested a meeting which he agreed to.

"Yo,Josuke-kun.Its been a while"Itsuki-kun greeted me

"I'm pretty darned sure you know my purpose of my visit,so how bout both of us cut to the chase and not waste each other's time.Which side are you on in this war."I asked blantly as his outreached hand pouring tea freezed,before settling the kettle down.

"Look,Josuke-kun.You were a part of the Ravens too.You know what it means to betray them."His silver shinning eyes stared straight into mine

"And guess what.I've served them wholeheartedly they killed my one and only mate.With my son still in her belly.They slaughtered your parents,Itsuki.Slaughtered."I faced him with the same energy back.

"And I'm done with your bullshit.Are you helping or not"I retorted.

"G-Give me some time..."Itsuki-kun promised before I stood up and took my leave with Storm.

"Woah man.That was one risky thing to do."Storm whispered as we walked out of that hellhole but I wasn't listening but rather contemplating my next move.This is exactly the secret behind Shinichi's deductions.He was so good at second guessing the person's next step,so much faster,he was able to catch the criminal.Should I not have a Plan B,C or even D,I would have been ended,shut down there.But I would not be the dumb Josuke years ago.

With Storm,I visited a couple more triad bosses,some agreed to form an alliance with me,some outright refused but eventually agreed to pounder over it a little more.We were heading back to base when my cell rang:"My members and I myself,would be of service to you.It is a promise of Itsuki."

I ended the call with a smirk.With us the Neon Dragons,with Itsuki and their forces,that would sum up to around a coupe of thousand men.
