LOVE AND LIES-Chapter 2

Authors Note: WOW. Two reads!!! I don't even have two friends! (lol) But seriously, thanks! I will try to post daily or every other day. Onto the Chapter!!!

       Sophie sat down in a clean red chair. Peritum sat in an identical chair across the desk from her. She had a packet in front of her. "Sophie, I'm just going to ask you some questions, okay?" Peritum asked. Sophie nodded.

"Full name?"

"Sophie Elizabeth Foster-Ruewen."

"Parents?"

"Grady and Edaline Ruewen."

"Best Friends/Friend?"

"Dex Dizznee and Biana Vacker."

"Person you want to see as your number one?"

Sophie paused. "You can tell me." Peritum said. Sophie sighed and admitted, "Fitz Vacker." Peritum smiled and continued.

"Parent figures?"

"Alden Vacker and Tiergan."

"Favorite things?"

"Panakes blossoms, the color teal, telepathy, the alicorns, Iggy, hanging out with my friends."

Peritum smiled and put down her packet. "That will be it, Miss Foster. You'll be called back in about three hours. Feel free to go for a shopping trip."

Sophie nodded and left the office. She headed down the stairs. Tam, Dex, and Linh were sitting on the couch. "Are the others still in there?" she asked. Linh nodded. "Did your guys's  helper tell you we could go shopping?" Sophie asked. "Yes!" Linh's face lit up. Tam and Dex rolled their eyes. "You girls and your shopping." Tam scowled as Biana came down the stairs. "DID SOMEONE SAY SHOPPING?!!?!?" She yelled, rushing down the stairs. Her and Linh began jumping up and down. "Whoa whoa whoa, I know I'm amazing, but do we really need as this for ME?" Keefe said from the top of the stairs, Fitz trailing behind him. "If Biana's jumping like that, either someone told her they could give them a makeover or that we could go shopping." Fitz said. "Someone did say shopping..." Sophie admitted. "Well!?!? What are we waiting for?!?" Biana screeched, rushing out onto the streets of Atlantis.

                Three hours later, Biana had everyone carrying her bags. Sophie only had one bag, full of midterm presents. Midterms were next week. "Good to see you all back." Peritum said as the crew came in the door. "Follow your helpers, please." Sophie followed Peritum into the same room, only this time, instead of a packet on the table, there was a scroll. "You may take it home. Thank you for coming." Peritum told her. "No, thank you." Sophie said, and left. She walked back into the lobby to see her friends sitting there with their scrolls. "We're having a sleepover at Everglen tonight to open them. Edaline said she brought some stuff for you over." Biana informed her. Sophie nodded, and friends headed to the bubbles that would carry them to the surface. 

              When they arrived at Everglen, everyone went to Biana's room. "Who's going first?" Biana asked excitedly. "We all know you want to go first, Biana, so go ahead." Sophie said. Biana squealed as she opened her scroll. "Number One....Tam Song!?!!?" Biana gasped. Tam was blushing furiously. Sophie couldn't help but giggle. Biana shot her a look, but Sophie couldn't stop. Soon after, everyone but Biana and Tam had joined in. "Tiana will live on forever!!" Keefe grinned. Biana gritted her teeth. "Who's next?" 

"Me." Tam said, tearing open his scroll. "Number One...Biana Vacker."

"AWWWWWWW" Everyone but Biana and Tam cooed. 

"Just open yours, Keefe." Tam muttered. Keefe grinned.

"With pleasure." Keefe slowly opened his scroll. "Number One...." he paused for dramatic effect. "Stina Heks!?!?!!? Oh, no." Keefe buried his face in his hands as everyone else laughed. "Hey, don't laugh!" Keefe groaned, falling onto the floor. "Open yours, Linh."

"So...I already opened mine..." Linh smiled sheepishly. "But my number one is.....Wylie..."

"I SHIPPED IT FROM THE BEGINNING!!! LYLIE FOR THE WINH!!" Biana and Sophie exclaimed at the same time. Linh stared at them as everyone else burst into laughter. "Dex is next." Linh pointed to him. "My number one is Marella." he said flatly, as if he didn't even know her. "Fitz, your turn." Fitz flashed his movie-star smile that made Sophie's heart flutter like crazy. She held her breath as he carefully opened his scroll. "Number one...Sophie Foster." He grinned at Sophie, and her heart fluttered into overdrive. She was sure her face was tomato red. "Ew, vomiting from the Sophitz over here. Who else?" Keefe moaned. Tam and Dex raised their hands. "Sophie open yours!!!" Biana begged. Sophie grimaced and opening her scroll.
