It was a fun match for me, but
I never really meant to hurt you this way
I know it wasn't mature of me, but
The vivid colours you saw, for me, were just gray
I gave you false hopes, oh, I made false vows
You were blushing while I did gentlemen bows
But it was never meant to do the harm it didIt was like one of those childhood plays, but
You thought it was actually real
I remember you saying it was magical, but
My feelings were hard and rough as steel
Maybe you were right 'bout love all along
It's like all the emotions packed in one song
But I made false vows of a forever without knowingIt was a slow torture for you, but
I thought your cries held no emotion at all
Love, I wanted to hold on to you, but
My stubborn mind allowed you to fall
Love never meant anything to me before
Now, I don't have you with me anymore
But I realised the consequences of false vowsAnd that's what matters the most.
