Scenario 1 Years ago, you had a friend named Devante. He lived in the woods on the edge of town and didn't interact with a lot of people, but he was always there for you. When you were sad and needed a shoulder to cry on, when you were angry and needed to vent, he was always there. Though one day he didn't show up at your meeting spot, or the next day, or the day after that. That was right when the killings started, something would sneak into town at night and the next morning someone would be dead, drained completely of their blood. After a year of this the elders decided that once a month they'd send someone into the woods with a red cloak to get help, the red cloak was supposedly worn to ward off any evil in the woods, of course no one ever came back.
Once again that day came around and you were selected to go into the woods to get help. Your parents gave you food and water for the trip, though they looked sad, like they knew they'd never see you again. It was time, you stood in front of the dark woods that supposedly held a monster, the town's people standing behind you, wishing you luck. What do you do?
