Chapter 11: Battle with the bots

Y/n's pov

I was seperated from my team. It looked like i was going to fight alone for the rest of the mission. It didn't bother me that much because i've been alone before making friends with the characters. I continued walking until i was in a hangar.

Y/n: (in head) it's quite... Too quite.

Suddenly i heared a blast and dodged a bolt from a ray gun. I pulled out my dagger and turned to where the bolt came from.

Y/n: it'd be better to show yourself than to fight like a coward.

I heard a creepy laugh coming from someone. It emerged and i saw a very weird looking pink robot.

???: why hello there Mr. Zero
Y/n: a gay bot? Also who are you?
Anonydeath: i am anonydeath
Y/n: well D.va's mech, i'd like it if you were to... You know. Get out of my way.
Anonydeath: i'm sorry but i can't let you do that. But i must say, i'm kinda disappointed with who the thief was.
Y/n: why is that?
Anonydeath: i expected someone big, strong, and mysterious, but it looks like the thief is nothing more but a teenager wearing a bird mask.
Y/n: don't judge a book by its cover. I at least appeal to the mysterious part of what you wanted.
Anonydeath: then show me how big and strong you really are!

Anonydeath flew into the air and was firing away at me. I dodged his shots and took cover behind some supplies.

Anonydeath: didn't you say you prefer to not to fight like a coward?
Y/n: (in head) says the asshole who's flying around and not fighting fairly.

I ran towards the pink robot and he tried firing at me. I got underneath him and fired right into the jets on his back. He started to fly around like crazy until he came crashing down. He looked at me with fear in his optics

Anonydeath: h-hey. About c-calling you a coward... I i i didn't mean it.
Y/n: who's the coward in this fight this time?
Anonydeath: you!

He reached for his ray gun and pointed it to me. Before he could fire, i cut off his hand and his waist. His voice started to glitch out.

I sat down right next to him.

Anonydeath: what... Are you doing?
Y/n: i thought you'd feel better about dying if you knew someone was here to tell you you're not alone.
Anonydeath: it's that kin-kindness... That will get you... K-killed.
Y/n: maybe it will... Maybe it'll make an enemy... A friend.

Anonydeath looked into my e/c eyes and let out a weak chuckle.

Anonydeath: what... A a strange... Kid... Yo-you are...

Anonydeath shut down. I got up and continued to fight my mission.

Y/n: do i not destroy my enemies when i make them my friends?

I continued forward until i was inside another hangar.

Y/n: (in head) silence fills the area yet again...

Suddenly shurikens came out. I turned and blocked with my arm. Some of them pierced my hoodie and and stabbed my arm. I looked around until i saw him. A blue ninja looking robot standing on some crates.

???: you must be that zero people have been talking about lately.
Y/n: and you must be haggle man.
Steamax: funny... I am steamax. And i will be your next opponent.
Y/n: a ninja robot? That tickles my fancy.
