Chapter 16: Round two

Y/n's pov

I was running on the roofs of Lastation at night. I told Noire to stay back because i didn't want her to get hurt. I continued to run until i decided to stop and take a look at the moon.

Y/n: (in head) to think there'd still be beauty even in a situation like this. Whatever the case is, i can't let those 3 robots get away with this.

I continued to run on the rooftops until i felt something sharp in my back. It was a shuriken. I pulled it out and turned around. There was a familiar blue ninja robot in front of me.

Steamax: zero.
Y/n: haggle man.
Steamax: you must think you're a real Joker.
Y/n: i like that name...
Steamax: joke while you can. It'll be your last.
Y/n: we'll just see about that.

I rushed at Steamax and he did the same. He managed to counter my dagger and kicked me in the mask.

Y/n: wh-what?!
Steamax: i am new and improved, zero!

I fell of the roof, but landed on my feet on the streets. I looked at Steamax who was looking down on me. I felt something sting my arm and saw that to my left was a gay looking pink robot.

Anonydeath: thought you've seen the last of us, haven't you?
Y/n: (in head) damnit. I can't let these two beat me right here!

I looked up and saw that something was about to attack from above. I dodged and saw that it was the kingly robot, Affimojas.

Affimojas: you will pay for what you have done. Soon, the goddesses will be ours!
Y/n: not while i'm still here you perverted rust bucket!

Affimojas attacked me with his large sword. I countered it, but i needed to worry about Anonydeath on my left. I pulled out my pistol and pointed it to him.

Y/n: one-shot kill!

I fired a large drill-like bullet from my pistol and it went full speed towards Anonydeath.

Anonydeath: you can't take us all on at once. But we can certainly take you down together.

Anonydeath deployed a barrier and stopped the bullet coming towards him. While i was trying to stop Affimojas' sword, Steamax was running towards me with his katana. I got out of the way and made Affimojas hit Steamax with his sword.

Y/n: yes! I managed to make one of you kill the other!

But Steamax got back up as though nothing had happened. He looked at me and chuckled

Steamax: overconfidence will be your downfall.

He dashed towards me and started to slash me repeatedly and caused a lot of wounds to open up. Anonydeath dashed to me and punched me, which caused to to go flying until i colided with a wall

Y/n: (in head) i have to heal fast! If only i could find to make them very vulnerable.

As i healed my wounds with dark magic quickly they were all in front of me and ready to return the favor for what i did to them. Affimojas raised his spear

Affimojas: rest in pieces... Zero!

I jumped and stabbed the tank right next to me and got them all wet with water. The simply looked at me and laughed.

Anonydeath: fool. You can't make us malfunction with a little bit of water.
Steamax: we're water proof. Now... To end this.

Steamax raised his katana and was about to slash me again. But he stopped moving.

Affimojas: what are you doing? Finish him!
Steamax: i'm trying general. But... I can't... M-move!

The other two robots took notice and found out that they were started to move less and less

Anonydeath: wait a second!
Affimojas: th-this isn't water it's-

Y/n: liquid nitrogen.

They were covered in cold liquid nitrogen and were as stiff as rocks.

Steamax: can't... Move!
Anonydeath: i won't budge!
Affimojas: he didn't just cover us from the outside of our armor, but it went inside our inner frames as well!

I then looked at them with a menacing look in my eyes

Affimojas: wait, zero! W-we were just joking about the rest in pieces thing!
Steamax: i i i didn't mean to slash you like that. I j-just got carried away.
Anonydeath: we're basically on our knees right now. P-p-please spare us!

I then looked at them with a disapproving expression.

Y/n: no matter what you idiots plan, i'm always gonna be here to protect Gamindustri.
Steamax: such heroism.
Anonydeath: this kid is something else!
Affimojas: it apears we all regret messing with this masked teenager.

I pulled out my dagger and repeatedly slashed all of them while screaming:

Y/n: muda muda muda muda muda muda!!! (Useless X 6)

I slashed one more time and their shards surrounded me like snowflakes.

Y/n: Arrivederci... (See you later)

I looked at my wounds and saw that they had finally healed completely. I walked away from their frozen remains and felt something inside me. It felt like more power. I manifested the devil card again above my hand.

Y/n: do they really see me as their friend? Or do the see me as their best competition?

It was a question that i didn't have an answer for. I left behind my calling card and continued to walk back to Lastation's basilicom to tell everyone that i have defeated the 3 robots again.

Y/n: (in head) what if they do see me as their friend?

It could have been possible...
