Hurting everyday (choni)

Chapter 2

Toni's pov
I woke up and it was still dark but it is October. I quickly jumped up and got ready. I hate what am wearing but am too scared not to put it on so I did. I looked in my jumper pocket and pulled out my phone it was exactly 6.30 I sighed in relief I put my phone in my back pocket and slowly walking down stairs. I didn't know which room was Jason's or Cheryl's so I had to use my nose I sniffed and the first person I could smell was Cheryl she smelt sweet then I smelt Jason and ew he smells like sweat and cologne. I walked to his room first and knocked gently I heard him groaning then say "am coming I won't be long" I sighed hoping he would do as he says. I walked to Cheryl's door and knocked gently it was silent for about five seconds then she came to the door and opened it she was in a rope and I don't know if she had anything under it,her jaw dropped when she seen me "umm-am-am u-up a-and I-i-i will umm b-be down soon" she stuttered .I kept my head down basically the hole time I nodded slowly walking away, I heard her shut the door and she put her head on the door and whisper "lord help me" I slowly walked down stairs into the kitchen where Clifford sat by himself I kept walking until I got to the doorway I just stood head down. "Come here toni" he said calmly too calmly if you ask me I hesitated then walked over he grabbed my waist and smirked looking me up and down "your going to have all the boys running after you, you do like boys don't you?" He asked suspicion written all over him I nodded he smiled relieved "I wish I could say the same for Cheryl she really is a disgrace" I wanted to slap him so hard that it knocked some sense into him "you know you should really love Cheryl and care for her because when you have nothing and nobody she will be having a good time away from you not caring if you died or not" I said looking at the floor and was kind off whispering he looked past me the stood and shouted "how dare you say such things about my daughter" I stood back as he punched me but once again I tensed so it didn't hurt but I think I broke his hand he jumped around holding his hand in pain. I really,really wanted to laugh but I knew it wouldn't end well for me "how the hell did that not even hurt you" Cheryl said looking at me in amazement I kept my head down I felt a bruise growing on my right eye and my lip started to hurt "that had to bruise her lift up your head slut" Clifford said I did slowly and they both smiled smugly my heart started pounding and my head started spinning there faces took me back to when I was younger
*flask back*
I was told pinned the the wall I was back in the old rusty trailer. it had empty beer bottles and clothes all over I haven't eaten in four days. I looked in my arms and there a baby lay sound a sleep she is so peaceful and innocent her skin was tanned and she had short brown hair her nose was so small and cute but there was something wrong it didn't look like she was breathing "e-ella" I whispered she didn't even move I looked up from her and my father and mother where stood with Smirks on there face.

"Toni we are leaving" a voice spoke I looked around and the blossoms had left I turned and Jason was stood at the door I kept my head down and walked to the door. Jason liked his lips creepily when I got closer to him "oh fuck" his mind spoke in a sexual way I pushed past him and started walking Cheryl was leaning on a red Porsche I walked past "and where do you think your going?" she asked standing in front off me I couldn't actually tell her "umm.. I want to walk" I said more like a question then a answer "but school is like two miles away and you have an hour" Jason said from behind opening the door to his grey Porsche I shrugged Cheryl sighed and hugged herself getting into her car "she hates me" Cheryl's mind said over and over again.I started to run to the huge gates coved in vines and flowers I pushed it open and watched as Cheryl and Jason both in separate cars drove away and once they did I finally relaxed and started running as fast as I could in human form and not using any powers. as soon as I got to the woods I looked around making sure nobody was there once I knew I was safe i ran using using my vampire speed then I saw a cliff I ran to the top and jumped off turning into my wolf form at the bottom I was all black with one white paw I ran and ran. Once I got closer to the small concrete building I turned back to human form I can still remember the first time I seen this place
*flash back*
It was freezing and I had just ran away from home I had jeans and a short sleeved shirt on. I looked down and smiled and the one year old Ella asleep in my arms wrapped in my jumpers and coat to keep her warm that's when I stumbled on this place it was old and warn out but I know it would be safe as it is in the middle off know where. I slowly approached the house as soon as I knew that nobody had been there for years I allowed myself to enter the door was still attached and open when I was in I shut it I had been carrying a padlock around since I left in case something happened and I had to lock our selves into a place so I locked the door. there where small windows and an upstairs the downstairs had a living room there was an old sofa it looked new but old and nothing else I walked into the kitchen and was dirty but nothing I couldn't fix .there was only one door which was actually a good thing in some ways but bad in others. I walked upstairs next and there here two rooms and a bathroom I turned on the water and it was hot I smiled and turned it off .the other two rooms where empty but I knew that I could make it into a home.

I sighed walked to the door and knocked four times then kicking the door once Ella knows not to open the door unless she hears that little knock. she immediately opened it and pouncing on me I picked her up and walked inside I shut the door behind me and locked it since now it is a door we have keys too .the whole place is different we have a new sofa and a huge tv the kitchen has everything you need and is clean and we both have separate rooms even tho when I actually get the chance to come here she always gets in my bed with me. She is now 10, her eyes and a dark blue, she has brown hair and brown skin she looks like me but with blue eyes. If you have worked it out I found this place when I was seven and doing it all myself was so hard specially looking after Ella then me getting put into care Ella was going to join me but she didn't want to take the risk off getting taken off me and honestly I would be dead with out her "where have you been pinkie" she said hugging me for dear life ,she has always called me pinkie unless she is sad,angry or annoyed "I told you I was moving in with new people" she immediately pulled away and looked at my face tears started to form in her eyes when she seen the bruises and my lip "why?why did they have to be assholes?" I smiled at her "am fine specially since I have you how have you been?" I asked walked with her into the kitchen she had her clothes on for school she will be coming to riverdale high soon. "I have just been watching tv and being bored" I went into the fridge  and got out a bottle off blood we go hunting every Friday. She smiled brightly at me "are you hungry when did you last eat" I looked at the floor " damn it pinkie I will climb through your window at night and make sure you at least get a bottle off blood we can't have what happened last year to happen again ok" she looked at me seriously I smiled taking a drink "am the one who should be serious not you" I said laughing she rolled her eyes "the only time your serious is when I get into fights" she said crossing her arms over her chest "are you have been much better and am so proud off you now get you bag and brush you teeth we need to go" she pouted then "come with me" I smiled I nodded she jumped down .I quickly drank the rest off the blood and put the bottle down .she linked arms with me as we stood up straight and acted like posh,rich assholes "oh darling what are you wearing" Ella said as we strolled up the stairs I gasped all dramatic then said "oh darling what are you wearing you look worse when my poodles poop" I said smirking a little she punched me in the arms then looked away and started whistling acting like it wasn't her "how very dare you" I said as I picked her up and started tickling her she was laughing and kicking. I walked into the bathroom and put her down once she calmed down she grabbed her toothbrush and gave me mine. I kept making weird faces making her laugh. her laugh makes me so happy it makes all the pain and hurt disappear for a while. Once we where done I went to my room it was plain because am never really in it but I pulled out my bag from under my bed and searched through it I had books ,my contacts in case I got angry, I had a spare phone charger but the one thing I was looking for wasn't there "you looking for these" Ella said leaned against the doorframe holding a box off cigarettes up in the air "fuck" I said she shook her head "I thought you stopped" she looked at me disappointed "I know and I promise that is my last box I was just really stressed with moving in with blossoms" she nodded and threw the box and me she pointed at me seriously and said "that's your last box" I smiled and nodded "yes mother" I said mocking her and taking out a cigarette and putting it in my mouth then putting the box in my bag .Ella threw chewing gum and deodorant in my bag "what would you do without me" I shrugged smiling I put my bag on then said "race you out side" we both ran as fast as we could I quickly unlock the door but as soon as there was enough room she slid through it and fell out side I laughed and so did she I stepped outside and locked the door. As we started walking through the woods I lit up the cigarette in haling and exhaling "won't the blossoms be mad that you smoke?" I nodded "but they won't find out will they?" I asked looking at her she rolled her eyes "don't worry about me pinkie I am not going to tell anyone" I smiled "and that's why your the only one I trust" once I finished my cigarette I threw it into the trees and said "come on we need to be quick or I will be late" we ran as fast as we could using powers until the edge off the woods then we ran as fast as we could not using powers. Once we got to Ella's school I crouched down and fixed her shirt and said "remember I will be here when you finish and stay out off trouble I love you" I kissed her cheek I heard girls shouting for her go join them she smiled at me "no promises but I love you more" and with that she was gone I ran my hands through my hair already feeling worse now that she is gone .I walked down an alley and looked around nobody was there so I ran using my powers. I stoped at the side off riverdale high where nobody could see me I walked around the front nobody was there I looked at my phone and I still had ten minutes. I stood at the door and sighed opening it there was a huge group of serpents I walked through and jug was stood in front off Cheryl she looked me up and down "woah topaz what the hell are you wearing and where is your jacket" jug said I kept my head down not wanting him to see my bruises "in the bin" Cheryl said smirking Jason did the same he was stood behind her and for some reason there faces angered me jug put his hand on my chin and make me look at him anger grew in his eyes he looked up at Cheryl "did you do this" he shouted pointing back at me "jug calm down it's ok am fine" Cheryl looked at the floor in shame jug got closer and said "am not scared you you blossom or any other blossom so if I find out you have hurt her I promise I will" "jug it wasn't her look at her hand if she did it would have hurt her more then me" I defended Cheryl looked at me confused "no don't lie I know Cheryl she is a cold hearted bitch and am not scared to hit a girl" Jason stood in front of him and said "same" then punched him .I pushed Jason and turned and got jug "calm down look at me...jug look at me" he didn't for a while but when I did I smiled and said "am ok am safe you hitting them will make things worse but remember jones am a topaz some bruises don't matter." He smiled "tell me if they hurt you again because I will" "you will stay calm and stay out off it" he looked at the floor "but I don't want you hurt" he is honestly so sweet "I was hurt along time ago jones" I hugged him and he wrapped himself around me when I pulled back I slowly touched his eye and healed in before it bruises and went red he looked confused "aw how cute now get to class everyone Now" one off the teachers said me and jug laughed as everyone left but Cheryl she was stood still looking at the floor "hey topaz I have something for you" sweetpea said I turn and he had a serpent jacket in his had "thank you" I said looking at the floor he put it on me and said "these north sides are looking at you like a meal" I smiled but he couldn't see "hey sorry to interrupted but you need you time table" I looked up and there was a raven haired girl she was very pretty .she blushed looking at the floor it was so cute I slowly took the paper from her hand "umm thanks" I said "we have English would you like me to show you" I nodded she smiled "follow me then umm.. what's your name?" I hung my head low again "Toni topaz mrs" she laughed and said "am Veronica lodge" I froze and looked at her wide eyes She looked confused "Veronica can you remember me" she shook her head "Antoinette topaz that's my full name" she looked at me wide eyed "omg Toni I remember" she hugged me it felt weird at first but I hugged her back "you where my best friend when we where like ten" I remember something she knows what I am and what I do I got a little nervous and looked at the floor she put my hand on my shoulder and was about to say something when we heard someone clear there throat we looked and it was Cheryl,she was staring at Veronica's hand like she was going to rip it off her. Veronica let me go which am happy about because I don't really like people touching me. "What is this and how do you know each other" Veronica faces Cheryl crossed her arms over her chest raised her eyebrow and smiled "you look jealous Cheryl" Cheryl went red then said "am not jealous off a lodge"
Veronica looked at me and thought "should we test it out?" I nodded but I really didn't want to Veronica put her hands on my cheeks and leaned in once our lips touched my body just hated it. It isn't because it's Veronica every single person I have ever kissed I have never actually wanted too and it was never good for me it was probably because I was always forced or was too shy to say no or maybe because I had never met my mate the only one that can truly make me happy. Guess what I am kissing a girl right in front off that person the only person I will ever love in a relationship way .Veronica pulled away and looked at Cheryl she was raging and sad at the same time she pushed Veronica into the lockers and shouted "never touch her again lodge" Veronica was just smiling "she is all yours bombshell" Cheryl just get even angrier her fists into a ball she raised her hand to punch her. I ran and grabbed Cheryl's hand and flipped her into the lockers one off my hands on hers and the other on the back off her head so it the impact wouldn't hurt her. we where so close our lips only centromeres away her mind started racing again I whispered "are you ok did I hurt you" she swallowed hard and shook her head I nodded slowly and let her go she let out a breath and just looked at me shocked. my phone started ringing I quickly picked it up it was my sisters school I ran my fingers through my hair and answered (s= school TT= toni topaz)
S: hello Toni
TT: is she ok
S: umm well she is but she is knocked out
TT: WHAT
S: she got into a fight and hit her head off the floor
TT: please tell me she will be alright
S: we don't know she is with the nurse now
TT: am on my way
I threw the phone off the floor "fuck" I shouted I looked over at Cheryl she looked scared. I wanted to cry the tears where ready to spill out my eyes but I kept them back I started shaking what if she die's what would I do? I know I would leave I would leave the world.I leaned my head on the locker and "fuck.fuck. FUCK" I shouted the last one while punching the locker it caved in "hey calm down" Veronica said I turned and looked at her "don't you ever tell me to calm down that girl is all I have" she looked at the floor Cheryl was just looking kind off confused my legs started feeling weak "I-I-I-I need to go" I said turning and walking away I started feeling dizzy I fell into the wall as this high pitched ringing sound started in my head I felt someone grabbed my hand I looked and it was Cheryl "where do you need to go" she mouthed .Ella's laugh filled my head and all my favourite memories off her like when she said her first word or when she first turned and the first time she came to me for help with a boy. My heart started pounding and my I felt like the walls where closing In on me but i was able to say "the school in greendale" my breathing got heavier .Cheryl helped me too her car and put me in everything got worse when Cheryl's hands weren't holding me once she got in the car I looked over at her and I couldn't hold it anymore I covered my face in my jacket and cried. She can't die, she can't leave me in this world I wouldn't be able to do it anymore. I must have been crying for a while because I felt Cheryl put her hand on my thigh I looked over at her hand and slowly placed mine on top off hers "thank you" I said wiping my eyes she smiled "do you really think am leaving?" I smiled and nodded getting out the car there was an ambulance my heart sank as I felt more tears rising.I walked too the door and looked in she was lay there there where blankets full of blood under her head "are you the sister?" The paramedic asked I nodded "good we have to go" I looked at my hands and realised Cheryl was holding it "you can follow or go back to school I don't mind" I said staring at our hand "I will follow ok" she smiled letting go off my hand I climbed into the van and they shut the doors I sat right next to her and held her hand " come one Ella please stay with us" I said almost crying again "where's the mother" the man on the other side said " work she works a lot" I answered it was a complete lie my mother and father are dead . I found them they both overdosed on drugs I had went back to the trailer for clothes for Ella and me and I found them laying there needles in there arms "come on Ella you can do this" the man looked at me sympathetic then leaned over to the man woman driving and whispered "this is worse then we thought we need to be there quicker or we will loose her" I looked down and her she was pale the sirens turned on as we went as fast as we could "I love you Ella I love you so much please come back to me" I said holding back tears for some reason I couldn't let myself cry here. The rest of the way I kept my head down and went through all my favourite memories off her my favourite was when she was born because I knew that she was going to be the reason I lived.
