𝕬 𝖌𝖗𝖚𝖓𝖙 sounded from Christmal's mouth as she dodged the arc of the robot's fist, before promptly sending it to the ground with the swing of her weapon. She almost ignored the plea from behind her, but at the last moment turned on her heels and helped Kyle.

"What's gotten into you?" Lonnie scoffed, usually the first one to let Kyle fail during their training. "What happened to our selfish teammate?"

"Oh, shut up!" Chris scoffed, running with the group. She had also noticed the sudden warmness, her dream from the night before seeming to initiate it. "I was never selfish in the first place!"

Lonnie simply chuckled, returning her focus to the mock battle around them. Minutes went on, scrapes and sweat rising in numbers. Kyle became a limp body among the fallen dummies (he was good at playing dead), the only one to be granted with the red 'X' across his chestplate.

"Nice work, guys," Lonnie congratulated everyone, fist bumping them on their way to the locker room. Christmal welcomed the stench as if she had grown up around it (she had), opening her locker with a sigh of relief.

She barely blinked when someone spoke up from behind its door, their tone teasing and meant to annoy the victim.

"Tell me about those trees, Chris."

"What trees, Catra?" She responded with a sigh, shuffling around for a moment longer before closing the small door and walking towards the exit. The Force Captain stalked behind her, eyes boring deeply into the back of her neck with a sizzling smirk.

"You know, the ones that have all that weird stuff on them? From your dreams?"

"Why would I tell you. You don't believe me."

"Whaaat? Of course I do!"

Christmal flicked her white hair away from her forehead, glaring back at the girl with the tail. "Fine, whatever. They... they were trees. Green ones, with... sharp leaves. And they shone. With little lights, of these colors I've never even seen before! Catra, you–"

The mentioned was smiling softly, happy to have gotten more than five words out of her companion. Christmal was caught off guard by her expression, but wanting to see more of it, she continued on.

"I wish you could see it. There also these weird shapes hanging off of some of the branches. Some of them matched, and were like little spheres. Others were just scenes of things that I– I can't even explain. The way the light reflected off of it is breathtaking and so unfamiliar. Oh, and the star! At the very top of the tree, there's this glowing star. It's so... pretty."

"Is it?" Catra purred. Chris nodded, her giddy falling back to the one her face normally. Blank, only showcasing the bare essential emotions.

"Yeah, it is. But it was just a dream," she muttered prompting the raise of an eyebrow.

"You just said last night—"

"I was scared or something. You're probably right. Doesn't that seem like something too magical for me to prophesize or whatever? Sounds like some princess bullcrap."

"Whatever," Catra sighed. She had begun to like this game.
